Pros: Amazing apartment at the center of Belgrade, the apartment was clean and new.

Pros: Apartman je bio kao na slikama. Izuzetno cist i na odlicnoj lokaciji. Tko dolazi s autom ceka ga mjesto u garazi te lift do apartmana.

Pros: Tesis mükemmel düzeyde rahat ve konforlu temiz aynı zamanda iletişimde olan arkadaş çok özenli çok dikkatliydi. Konumu bulmakta ilk etapta zorlandık sonra çözüldü

Pros: Yeni bina kapalı otopark ilgili ev sahibi hepsi çok güzel

Cons: Kahve makinesi değişmesi gerek

Gute Lage und Ausstattung, jedoch mangelnde Sauberkeit, unangenehmer Geruch im Bad und nicht das gebuchte Apartment erha

Pros: Sehr gute Lage, man erreicht alles schnell und bequem. Ausstattung grundsätzlich modern und praktisch.

Cons: Die Sauberkeit ließ deutlich zu wünschen übrig: auf dem Boden und auf der Couch lagen Krümel und Haare. In einem der Bäder gab es einen unangenehmen Geruch. Das gebuchte Apartment haben wir nicht erhalten, die Zuteilung erfolgt offenbar nach Verfügbarkeit, was bei der Buchung nicht klar war. Das Apartment zu finden war auch nicht einfach.

Relaxant si peste așteptări

Pros: Proprietatea se afla intr-un cartier nou, cu mall in apropiere si un parc foarte frumos. Apartamentul este utilat foarte bine si a fost curat. Parcarea subterana este un plus pentru toate facilitățile pe care le ofera cazarea.

Pros: Sehr modern und gut ausgestattet, wunderschöne Aussicht und sehr liebes und hilfsbereites personal. Alles top.

Pros: Die Gegend war sehr angenehm, zu Fuß alles erreichbar.

Cons: Die Dusche war verstopft, der Aschenbecher voll,der Balkon schmutzig und die Steckdosen im Bad nicht richtig befestigt.

Very good rental experience (that could easily be improved to excelent)

Pros: Comfortable bed, efficient and silent AC, soundproof, new and modern kitchen appliances, large TV, good internet, parking, responsive host, reception

Cons: Not being able to locate parking entrance easily. Had to ask for balcony chairs, which were provided quickly, but not so comfortable for relaxing. No tablets for dishwasher and washing machine. A noisy construction site was just accross the street (june 2025) but it was a problem only in the morning as I spent all afternoon hours outside of the appartment (nights were peaceful though).

Pros: Zimmer war sehr sauber und sehr modern, sehr hochwertig. Alle Utensilien die man braucht, Bügeleisen, Waschmaschine usw. alles dabei. Für den Preis sehr empfehlenswert. Parking Garage ausreichend und sehr groß. Terrasse mit einem schönen Ausblick. Auf jeden Fall komme ich wieder.
