Comfy, cosy, clean, friendly, helpful

Pros: Jelena was super friendly and welcoming. She was quick to respond to any questiosn we had. The apartment was comfortable, cosy and clean and had everything we needed. The area was quiet and we could easily get a bus to the centre.
