Pros: Be very careful with parking – the garage is extremely small, and if you don’t have good driving skills, it’s quite difficult to get in. The apartment is very nice, with air conditioning in the upstairs bedroom (the downstairs one doesn’t have it, only the living room). The kitchen is very good, the bathroom as well. It’s a clean, well-arranged apartment in a new building that looks great. We found shops and places to eat fairly close by.

Pros: The apartment was as described, pretty close to the city centre (25-minute walk). The garage was great, but keep in mind that the height is 1,9 m, which could be a problem for some cars. Marko and Aleksandra were very friendly.
Cons: The apartment was not clean enough. There was a huge spider with an even bigger web on the ceiling (you could see that it hadn't been cleaned in a while), there were crumbs on the floor and an empty toilet roll on the toilet roll stand. Also, the freezer and the tap in the bathroom are a bit broken.

Pros: The host was very pleasant and easy to deal with. Enough space in the apartment.
Cons: Parking is very tricky underground. Noise in the early hours from the street. Kitchen supplies and cleaning supplies should be updated.

Pros: Everything was perfect. Communication was extremely fast and smooth. Marko also immediately organized a transfer from the airport to the apartment. The apartment was extremely clean and tidy. Complete service is at the highest level. I definitely recommend the accommodation.

Nice place to stay
Pros: The apartment is really good in general, the location is very good, the building looks nice, there is free parking space around, inside the apartment is also very nice looking and clean, furniture is quite new and comfortable.
Cons: The only thing discomfortable is the shower cabin. The water drain pipe in the cabin is really stuck so if you let the water run any faster you will easily get a flood all over the bathroom, so it stops you from having a comfortable shower. However, this is something what can be solved easily, so I really advise the owner to check those water drain pipes.

Pros: Komforan apartman i dobra lokacija. Ljubazni i preduzimljivi domaćini, koji su tu de reše svaki problem.
Cons: Pored zgrade gde se nalazi apartman su u toku radovi na izgradnji nove zgrade pa je u toku boravka bilo malo bučnije. Pristup parking mestu u podzemnoj garaži je vrlo uzak, samo za male gradske automobile. Imali smo problem sa parking liftom koji se zaglavio, ali su ljubazni domaćini taj problem vrlo brzo rešili. :)

Mieszkanie z klimatyzacją w ładnej kamienicy w dobrej lokalizacji
Pros: Lokalizacja obiektu bardzo dobra. Mieszkanie przestronne w ładnej kamienicy. Czysta i komfortowa łazienka. Klimatyzacja!
Cons: Garaż podziemny w ofercie - co prawda jest dostępny, ale ma ograniczenia do wielkości auta (max wysokość to 1,9m - więc zwykła Toyota Auris z boxem na dachu nie mogła tam wjechać). Nie było o tym mowy w opisie obiektu. Czystość - w tej cenie oczekiwałbym czegoś więcej, tym bardziej że jest doliczane 15 Eur za sprzątanie (w lodówce pozostawione jedzenie po poprzednich gościah, w niektórych szafkach uchwyty się kleiły...)

Чудесен престой в Белград
Pros: Апартаментът се намира в близост до спирки на градския транспорт, което прави придвижването до центъра на Белград много бързо и достъпно. Домакинът е доста приветлив и отзивчив човек. Апартаментът е просторен.
Cons: Паркомястото, което се предлага, не е от най-големите, т.е. ако сте с по-голям автомобил, има голяма вероятност да не успеете да паркирате колата си в гаража. Въпреки това, имаше достатъчно паркоместа на улицата покрай апартамента. Също така климатикът в едната спалня не работеше.
