Evergreen

Pros: Absolutely great stay for an adequate price. Spacious, beautiful, silent apartment with high ceilings and tasteful decorations, perfectly clean, fully equipped (really, they have everything, apart from the washing machine detergent, but we bought it :) The location is the best in my opinion - everything you could think of is nearby and the area itself is filled with points of attraction, cafes, restaurants, etc. And not touristy as well. If you have no issues with taking the stairs to the 3rd floor without elevator - don't think twice. Next time in Belgrade I'm coming here for sure.

Pros: The accommodation was comfortable, clean and nicely presented. Snežana met us at the door to give us the keys. She was kind and helpful.

Cons: It was not a problem for us, but it is on the third floor and only accessible by stairs.

Pros: It was super clean and it had everything we needed, including extra blankets. The host was super nice and helpful!

Cons: There were dead insects in the staircase leading to the apartment and in the hallway, but that wasn’t the host’s fault!

Would certainly come back and stay at Evergreen again!

Pros: Snezana is an excellent hostess, she met us on arrival, explained everything and took care of required registration. Polite, accommodating, helpful, down to business and there when we had questions. Apartment was perfect for our short stay, it is thought through in terms of comfort and convenience of everything and was equipped with absolutely everything we could possibly need. Quiet street, but short walk from Belgrade city centre and amazing park and zoo (we were totally impressed and would highly recommend visiting) We would certainly stay again at Evergreen (ps: the green colours were actually very pleasant)

Excelent apartment!

Pros: The apartment was amazing, it was clean and all the forniture was in perfect conditiion. The location of the apartment is perfect in town. And the host Snežana is a great host Always helping with the booking before doing the check in and during our stay

Wonderful apartment in a great area!

Pros: It is a very clean, cozy and comfortable place with everything I needed to feel as at home. It is located very close to the city center, but in a quite street and noone and nothing bothered me. Also there are a lot of great cafes, bars and restaurants in that area + 24/7 Maxi in 5 minutes by walking. The apartment has a small balcony with a pleasant view of the greenery street and I really enjoyed it. Snezana is excellent host, very friendly and helpfull. Communication was very easy. + my thanks for welcome-drinks:) I highly recommend this place!

Cons: There is no elevator in the building. It was not a problem for me, but take it into account if it's important for you.

Simply perfect

Pros: Top location, super quite, clean. The condo is decorated in the manner that it feels warm, and you have everything you need in. Snezana is great host.

A quiet but awesome stay in the heart of Belgrade

Pros: We had a lovely stay in Belgrade, and a good part of that was because of staying here. The check-in process was smooth, just a doorbell away as the host lives next door. From there, everything was very pleasant, the property has all we needed for a short stay - but I could imagine staying longer. It was quiet, the internet was fast, the location was fantastic. We'll be surely back!

Cons: There were no stairs to the third floor - only an issue on the first and last days. The shower didn't get as well maintained as the other parts of the flat.

Pros: Super clean, the location perfect, near to everything , the owner Snezana so sweet and helpful 🙂 The best in Belgrade!!
