You get what you paid for

Pros: Absolutely worth its money. For better money you can get more. But for its money you get what you paid for.

Cons: Smell of cigarettes in the room.

Pros: Comfortable place and with lots.of space. Also the apartment was fully equipped.

Cons: Far from City center. Approximately 30 min walk or.20 min with public transportation. Also all the apartments in Serbia that I booked require payment in cash only and do not provide with a receipt

Pros: Urban city apartment on good and quiet location. Reserved garage spot in the building just for us (parking is a big problem in Beograd). Space more than enough with a huge garden . Dragan was an excellent host, too. Dog friendly.

I would come here again.

Pros: The location is very good. Everything was clean and the apartment is very well equipped. I've never been in an apartment that has so many things..so you feel like you're at home. The host is excellent. Every recommendation for this apartment..

Cons: Everything was just perfect.

Pros: Very convenient location, opposite the house there is a grocery store and within a 5-minute walk there are many restaurants and cafes on King Alexander Boulevard. The owner is very welcoming and friendly. The attitude towards guests is the most correct.

Pros: Sve je bilo fenomenalno. Objekat cist,moderan sa svim potrebnim. Blizu centra grada. Raspolozivo mesto za parking

Apartman vrlo lep ,sa svim potrebnim, lepo opremljen i u vrlo sigurnoj i tihoj zgradi sa parkingom

Pros: Домаћин Драган, изузетно срдачан, љубазан и предусетљив! Изашао нам је у сусрет да раније уђемо у стан! Помогао са паркирањем и пртљагом. Миран крај, недалеко од Звездара театра. Осим тога, за оне који долазе колима, ту је бесплатно паркинг место у гаражи! Драгоцено за Београд! Овај апартман ће дефинитивно остати убележен за неки следећи боравак у Београду! Good Value. Good Parking Spot. Good and responsive host.

Pros: Our first rental in Belgrade. The host Dragan was very pleasant and efficient. The outdoor space was a welcome addition. Parking also a huge BONUS.

Cons: The apartment is a bit small - we both became sick during our stay in the apartment. Either we contracted something while flying or developed something from the AC blowing directly on us at the couch. We did not go to the hospital to determine what the problem was. But this sickness lasted 10+ days in our sinus and chest. Not blaming the apartment but something caused this bad cold or flu type symptoms.

Would recommend and would stay again.

Pros: Host is very responsive, apartment is in great location - close to Bulevar and short ride or decent walk to city center. Safe area. Everything was clean, apartment is well equipped with anything you might need. The patio out back is great for morning coffee. WiFi is great, I used it for work without issues.

Cons: There is a slight smoke smell to the apartment from prior smoking inside the home, which is common in many Serbian homes. It did not bother us. The one thing that I would suggest is to have some sort of bars on windows since it’s ground level apartment.
