Czech Republic 🇨🇿

Pros: Newly renovated space. Great comfy bed. Clean bathroom and floor heating. Balcony. Flat is fully equiped with even the slightest details that you could imagine needing. The owners are super nice and acommodated all the needs and were very pleasant to deal with.

Cons: The only drawback is the noise. Very loud neighbours who constantly scream at one another and their dog who barks and the noise coming from the street, often starting at 6am. I didnt mind because I am getting up early, but am a light sleeper so this was hard for me. But its nothing the owners can change.

Pros: Everything was great! The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect — close to everything. The host was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the overall atmosphere of the place.

Ovakav stan je primer kakvi treba da budu svi stanovi koji se izdaju na dan.

Pros: Stan je prelep. Kao neko ko se skoro 10god bavio nekretninama i kao neko ko stalno putuje i već par godina sam u turizmu, ovaj je stan je primer kakvi treba da budu svi stanovi koji se izdaju na dan. Bukvalno nismo mogli da nadjemo jednu zamerku. Vlasnica je predivna i preljubazna.

Pros: Lokacija stana je savršena, centar je jako blizu, a ukoliko je potreban gradski prevoz za obilazak drugih dijelova grada, stajalište autobusa je gotovo ispred zgrade. Stan je jako uredan, a domaćini su vrlo susretljivi i prijatni. Zasigurno bukiram ovaj smještaj kada ponovo budem u posjeti Beogradu! :))

В целом мы остались очень довольны этими апартаментами!

Pros: Понравился владелец, он очень профессионально подготовился, сделал нам «белый картон». В номере очень чисто, мебель хорошая, есть все необходимое. В ванной есть шампунь, гель, кондиционер. На кухне имеется небольшая кофемашина с капсулами. Все очень удобно и крайне уютно. Даже зонтик есть на случай дождливого дня.

Cons: Из минусов могу выделить отсутствие одноразовых тапочек, а также шум со стороны улицы. Номер располагается у дороги, и если вы привыкли спать в тишине, то вам необходимо будет закрывать окна на ночь.
