Spacious and clean apartment right next to the center. Excellent and kind host.

Pros: The place is right next to the very center of the town and still in the quiet neighborhood. The place is spacious, clean and host is very kind and totally responsive, that helped in any way. Apartment is equipped with all the necessary items and needs.

Pros: Everything was perfect; I recommend it for families with children. The location is good, near the bus&tram stops. You can start exploring the city as quick. The welcome tea was nice in the kitchen. Kitchen stuff was enough for breakfast & dinner. And there is a market available just few steps away from the apartment. We traveled the city during winter season and house was warm enough. Wifi is available and sufficient. The rooms, sheets, and bathroom were clean. Thanks for everything.

Pros: Great location, coffee shop on the first floor of the house, tram stop very close by, great view from the window. Communication with the owner is fast and pleasant. Recommended

Very quiet but central location

Pros: The location is in a quiet but central part of town, great to either relax or do business in Belgrade. The host was very nice, accomodating, and helpful. There is a quiet cafe right at the entrance of the building.

Cons: We waited a bit for the apartment to be cleaned, but that is no fault of the owner, he allowed us to stay longer in the morning as a friendly gesture in return.

A very spacious and nice flat in a really nice nighbourhood

Pros: A very nice spacious and stylish flat with a lot of light and a nice balcony with a nice view. It had everything one might need for a stay, we absolutely loved the area: very quiet and walkable to the center with good cafes and restaurants around. It had a lot of useful suppluies in the kitchen, which was a big help, too. There is also a paid parking inside the yard.

Cons: It was a bit tricky to understand where to get the keys at first but we solved it fast and not to repeat my mistake of finishing your shower with cold water you should have in mind that the switch for the hot water is outisde the bathroom together with the light switch (there are 3 together and I thought it was just extra light), which is usual in Belgrade but was totally unexpected for us.

Волшебные апартаменты в Белграде

Pros: Чудесные апартаменты с пешей доступностью до основных достопримечательностей Белграда и отличной транспортной доступностью. Уютная квартира в хорошо сохранившемся доме времён СФРЮ. Добротный ремонт, прекрасная смесь старого и нового. Вид на город из окна — прилагается. По транспорту: примерно в 25 минутах неспешной ходьбы находится железнодорожный вокзал. В ~5 минутах — остановка шаттла A1 до/из аэропорта. В шаговой доступности магазины, остановки общественного транспорта, пекарни — словом, есть всё. В самой квартире есть практически всё необходимое для комфортного проживания в Белграде. По заселению: немногочисленные вопросы обсудили удалённо. Фактическое заселение было ранним утром — это не вызвало никаких проблем.

Cons: Наверное, не помешала бы микроволновая печь. В квартире интернет от одного из сербских провайдеров, которые устанавливают собственное Wi-Fi-оборудование. Вероятно, в доме таких устройств несколько, и они создают взаимные помехи — из-за чего по вечерам беспроводной интернет фактически отсутствовал. При проводном подключении проблем не было.

Pros: Sve je bilo uredno i čisto. Stan je veoma prostran. Na divnom mestu, ulica mirna ali stan je ionako orjentisan ka dvorištu pa je tišina. Kuhinja je veoma dobro opremljena.

Cons: Meni lično, centralno grejanje je bilo slabo ali to valjda zavisi od toplane.
