Pros: We had an enjoyable stay, hollidays and time spent in Belgrade! The apartment is wonderful, very warm and very comfortable! The location is perfect – right on the main road with easy access to taxis and buses, in a quiet courtyard with no noise and you’re just steps away from the riverside with lovely walks We would recommend this place to anyone!

A clean, warm, and cozy place that I would love to return to.
Pros: An exceptionally welcoming and responsive host, who is at the same time discreet and unobtrusive. The apartment was very warm when we arrived (despite the cold weather) and stayed comfortable throughout our stay, thanks to the fan‑assisted convector radiators, which were quiet and ensured a cozy night’s sleep.
Cons: The weather was bad, so we couldn’t use the outdoor terrace. Even in good weather, I don’t think it would be very comfortable. Although it overlooks an inner courtyard, one of the walls has a massive, powerful air conditioner installed by the neighbors, which constantly emits a strong, almost industrial noise. Personally, I dislike air conditioners because they completely ruin the sense of coziness wherever they’re present.

Lovely, clean apartment with everything you need, in a great location with convenient free parking.
Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was cosy, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Everything was spotless and fully equipped with all we needed. The location was excellent, and having free parking right in front of the building was a big plus. Highly recommended!

Pros: Spacious and clean apartment that has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The host is kind and helpful. Free parking secured by a gate in the yard is a huge plus for a stay in Belgrade. We will definitely come again.

Pros: I liked literally everything! Starting from the courtyard, which you want to enter not by car, but on horseback, when you are illuminated by vintage lanterns and the circular staircase, which you climb up, you get into the atmosphere of cosiness and aesthetics! The whole interior is created with taste, everything is harmonious and creates the desire to create works of art! Immersive 19th century atmosphere in a modern design! The owners of the apartment are as responsive as possible, Alexander, having dropped all his business, came to meet us and show us around. Maximum hospitality and care! There is also a lovely 19th century bar nearby, where you want to drink champagne and read poetry! To be honest, it's a great place to stay!
Cons: Not one single complaint, everything was perfect!

Исключительно хороший апартамент.
Pros: Исключительно хороший апартамент. Отдельно могу отметить, что укомплектован всем высококачественным, включая кухонное оборудование. Сложилось впечатление что хозяин готовил апартамент для проживания своей семьи. Отдельным и не повторимым бонусом, было осознание что современное и чистое помещение интегрировано в историческое здание начала 18 века.
