One of the BEST places to stay in BelgradeWaterfront area!

Pros: I think we have just found one of the best options for staying in Belgrade Waterfront area, and I know what I'm saying because we have tried several options there but this one completely amazed us, primarily due to owner of it which is really exquisite: we had several requests and he has swiftly and positively replied on all of those, completely exceeding our expectations. Perfect location, cozy-fully equipped flat, FREE underground and safe parking spot, the BEST/kind/supportive owner that I see in some years :) - for sure this earned to be ranked on the 1st place on our list when returning to Belgrad (we really love the Belgrade BW area) and we will stay again here! Chapeu bas and keep up the good work that You are doing it here!! Hvala lepo!

I definitely recommend this place.

Pros: Staying here was a wonderful experience for my family and me. So much so that we were torn between exploring Belgrade and staying at home:) We were impressed by the cleanliness of the room, bathroom, kitchen, and furnishings. Everything was brand new, modern, and functional. Every detail was taken care of, and they were generous in meeting our needs. It's in the Waterfront Area. The location, view, and surroundings are peaceful. Kalemegdan, museums, Republic Square, and Kneze Mihaila are within walking distance. There's a large shopping mall with world-known brands nearby. The parking lot was spacious and accessible by elevator. I commend the homeowner for their vision. We now have another reason to revisit Belgrade. Thanks...

Nice apartament

Pros: The location is excellent, and the complex itself is very nice. It includes a small playground for children, which is a great. We especially enjoyed the balcony and the large windows, which brought in a lot of natural light. The area is quiet and peaceful, and has a grocery store nearby.

Cons: The bed linen was stained or dirty. There was hair in the bathroom from previous guests. Under the bed it had not been vacuumed, it had been dusty for a long time. There was dirt, dust on the balcony, it had not been cleaned. We had to withdraw money from the ATM to pay in cash, only cash payment to the owner is accepted.

Prijetno presenecenje

Pros: Apartma je zelo lep, cist, na odlicni lokaciji in se da pes obiskati marsikaj. Podzemna garaza je ogromen plus. V apartmaju je vse, kar potrebujete za udobno bivanje. Soseska je mirna in spali smo odlicno. Komunikacija z lastnikom super. Ko bomo spet v Beogradu, vsekakor spet pridemo sem.

Cons: Vse odlicno!
