Pros: Vlasnik izvanredan čovek... Stan je na četvrtom spratu ali ima lift... Pored ulaza je interesantan kafić sa povoljnim cenama i odličnom kafom.... Prodavnica na svega 30 metara od stana koja je odlično snabdevena.
