Pros: Отличное расположение, почти у выезда с трассы которая проходит через город. Закрытая подземная парковка, в шаговой доступности магазины и места для прогулок, хорошо прогуляться по савской набережной или же переплыть на аду циганлию на лодочке. Сама квартира находится в новом жилом комплексе, квартира чистая и уютная, есть всё необходимое.
