Pros: Great location, couldn't be better, in front of river in central zone of city, very polite owner, he helped us for everything that we needed and apartment is very clean and all is new and have all you need.
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Brand new and very clean apartment. Location is perfect both for daytime and walk by the river or nightlife with many restaurants and clubs just a minutes away by foot. Important thing is that even it is in central location it is very quiet and good for sleep. Owner is very friendly and helpful. He helped us with parking - which is located around 200m from apartment and it is not too expensive.

Great stay in city center
Pros: Amazing location, just few meters from the Promenade with many nice restaurants and cafes, 5 minutes walk to Kalemegdan and 10 minutes walk to Knez Mihailova walking street. Apartment is totally new and clean. Value for money is great. Spacious bedroom good enough for 3 people. Host is very polite and helpful. There is big parking 100 meters from apartment.
Cons: I am Netflix lover so I would love if Tv was a bit bigger :) however internet connection was excellent.

Pros: Очень дружелюбный, отзывчивый, помогающий хозяин апартаментов, всегда на связи! В квартире новый ремонт, чистота, есть всё необходимое. Размещение близко к главным точкам старого города, мы везде ходили пешком. К квартире ведет очень много лестниц, в том числе одна крутая, так как квартира находится в мансарде. Нам не помешало, но для кого-то может стать проблемой, учитывайте при выборе апартаментов. Еще раз огромное спасибо за прекрасный отдых!

Pros: С удовольствием провела свой отпуск в Белграде в отличных апартаментах. Рада что выбрала именно их. Чистые и просторные. Удобное расположение в центре города, очень близко к потрясающему Камелегдану, рекам и удобной набережной, близко к достопромечательностям и при необходимости удобно пользватся автобусом. Хозяин кваритры всегда на связи и очень быстро отвчает на вопросы, если они возникают, Мама хозяина квартиры прекрасная женщина! Посоветовла мне куда можно сходить и что посмотреть. Хочу сказать огромное спаисбо Вам!

Good value accommodation
Pros: Well located, quiet neighborhood, the owner was responsive to deal with issues like clogged shower drain and water outage. The building’s exterior is newly renovated, but the inside common area is dilapidated, though clean. The apartment is located on the second floor, then accessible by another stair, it is a kind of mansard penthouse, so it is quite difficult to access with large suite cases. Fortunately, on the way up, the owner helped to carry them.
Cons: The apartment is spacious though there is a nauseating odor (remnant odor of a wood treatment solution?)
