Pros: The Centre Point Apartment comes highly recommended. Its location around the corner from Republic Square makes it the ideal starting point for exploring the Serbian capital. Although the apartment is very centrally located, it was completely quiet and the bedroom could be completely darkened. We were particularly impressed by the flexible and uncomplicated attitude of the landlady at check-in, which helped us a lot due to our early arrival in Belgrade.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay here! Everything was perfect. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful with everything we needed. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommended!

Pros: Excelente ubicación. Está en el centro de Belgrado. Tienes todos los autobuses a pocos metros. El apartamento es un sótano. Se nota bastante la humedad al entrar. Tiene calefacción, aire acondicionado y un calefactor en el lavabo. Los utensilios de cocina adecuados. La habitación amplia. Todo muy limpio. Además dispone de tendedero, aspirador, plancha, secador, lavadora... Y el precio genial.
Cons: A nosotros las almohadas nos impidieron disfrutar de un buen descanso porque eran muy delgadas, se hundían. Pero esto es una opinión personal porque hay gente que las prefiere así. Nosotros las preferimos más duras. No había cafetera pero sí café. Había una fuga de agua en la ducha.

Pros: Sve je bilo jako čisto i uredu i sve sam imala u apartmanu to jeste suđe i ostalo pa čak bilo je i neke namirnice i šampona a prenoćila sam kod drugog platila sam 10 evra više a nisam imala nista unutra i plus je bio jako prljav

Pros: A localização é perfeita, a poucos metros da praça da República. E bem perto também da bela rua Skadarlija com seus bares e restaurantes. Para passear no Rio Sava, e ouvir um rock and roll ao vivo no pub Harat's,, tudo caminhando. A cidade oferece ônibus grátis, e de qualidade, então ir para a igreja São Sava ou mesmo para a estação de ônibus Beogrado BAS no ônibus 95 fica fácil. O apartamento fica no subsolo do prédio, isso é avisado. Mas para passar uns dias não há problema. Máquina de lavar roupas facilita a vida, e a cozinha é boa. O quarto é confortável também. O check in foi fácil com as instruções dadas pelo anfitrião.
Cons: Uma cafeteira Bialleti ou mesmo uma cafeteira elétrica seria importante, mas não há. O box da área de banho está vazando água.

Pros: Есть абсолютно все что нужно: шампуни, гель для душа, влажные салфетки, порошок для стирки, фен, куча полотенец, кондиционер отлично работает, очень удобная кровать и подушки, расположение супер удобное, 3 минуты до площади республики, рядом куча всяких заведений

Location and owners are very very good.
Pros: The owner kept fantastic communication thoughout my stay, even though they were traveling. The location is the gem of this place. You can't beat where it is. So many things close by with endless options.
Cons: Some people will not be comfortable with the basement level, but once inside the apartment it is okay. The washing machine unfortunately wasn't on, but the owners came back in time and turned it on for me. The shower might be better if it had a hook for the showerhead and the water leaked out onto the floor a bit.
