Golden Velvet apartment Belgrade

Unbeatable location, very large apartments which are very close to deserving a 10 point rating

Pros: Unbeatable location in the very heart of Belgrade with shops, cafes, bars and restaurants literally at the doorstep. There are two adjacent and large apartments managed by the same owner Rastko who is absolutely professional, personable and efficient. There is an Audrey Hepburn theme in both which is retro and original. The Golden Velvet apartment is has an unusal layout in that one needs to pass through the bedroom to get to the sitting area which feels a bit strange. The Audrey apartment has a better layout, is larger and also has a balcony overlooking the pedestrial thoroughfare. Both have good sized bathrooms. Strong Wifi signal. Easy lift access.

Cons: A few small issues in both. Velvet had a broken hinge on the towel rack in the bathroom which sould have been fixed. Both have very limited bench space in the kitchen area and extremely limited stemware and cooking supplies. Both would benefit from coat hooks in the entrance areas. The chairs around the dining table in Velvet are a bit rickety and should probably be replaced. No desk to work from, but dining tables are large enough for working and eating. Lighting in Audrey needs attention, especially replacing a number of bulbs. A light above the mirror in the bathroom would be a huge improvement as at present it is extremely difficult to shave given the poor lighting. Beds are a bit low for people with back problems. Pillows are too hard - more like cushion blocks - but this is also a matter of personal taste. Basically these are both excellent properties which would benefit enormously from a few small improvements.

Amazing location, great apartment and the hosts are very welcoming. 10/10 in my books!

Pros: The property is in a perfect location, very close to the heart of Belgrade “Knez Mihajlova” with restaurants and the Kalemegdan fortress a short walk away. The apartment was clean, comfortable and it was great having laundry facilities right there too. Highly recommended and will be returning there again.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Flat is clean, every needs were thought and an excellent location, that s why they r on the top. I had a perfect vacation, thanks Rastko!!

Location! Comfort! Cleanliness!

Pros: It was a pleasure staying in this wonderfully furnished apartment! It had everything I needed! The thing that I loved the most was it’s location. It a starting point for exploring Belgrade!

Uniquely designed apartment in the heart of Belgrade!

Pros: Everything is clean and as it is presented in the pictures. The apartment is beautifully and uniquely designed, and has everything you need for your stay. The location is perfect, in the center of Belgrade.

Fiyat/performans olarak harika, konum itibariyle mükemmel ve gerek yemekler, gerek eğlence olarak muhteşemdi.

Pros: Merkezi konumda olması ve evin kullanım alanlarının genişliği çok iyiydi

Cons: İlk girişte biraz koku hissetsek de sonraki günlerde koku yok olmuştu.

Pros: Die Lage ist nicht zu übertreffen. Zentraler geht es gar nicht mehr. In der Nacht trotzdem möglich ruhig zu schlafen, da das Schlafzimmer nach hinten gerichtet ist ( nicht direkt auf der Touristen befüllten Strasse ). Wir wollten Belgrad in der Nacht erlebt und dafür war es perfekt! Alles wichtige zu Fuss zu erreichen. Sehenswürdigkeiten, shopping Strasse und natürlich Skadarlija. Problemlose Schlüsselübergabe und sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Danke.
