Pros: Very modern apartment, with excellent location in Belgrade’s newest part. Free parking spot available, the communication with the host was very good and the check-in process was very smooth and easy.

Cons: The check-in was at 16:00, which was too late, and the check-out was at 10:00 in the morning, which on the other hand was too early. We stayed just for one night and these hours were too inconvenient. Early check-in and check-out were available only if you pay extra 25 EUR.

Pros: Really clean, beautiful apartment then the view let you to forget that you’re in Serbia ! And the most important the guy who is managing is really competent I was disturbing him at almost 23 h he was calling me immediately and with video showing me the instructions ! Really top professional bravo. Sometimes even in hotels 5 stars you don’t receive that treatment 😅

Cons: Just some small equipments are missing « like coffee capsules or blankets for the living room but nothing really important ! » the professionalism and the view and the location let you to forget about everything then the guy told me that they will make a refresh to the flat so I will be really glad to book it again when everything will be new again. And the small one thing - but it has nothing to do with the flat is that the neighborhoods can be impolite and making noise till 4 am.

Pros: Everthing was perfect,all facilities,the location,you have everthing you need for your stay.

Pros: Location and cleanliness. The owner was amazing to deal with.

Breathtaking

Pros: The apartment was honestly amazing—really spacious, beautifully set up, and spotless. The view was incredible; every time we walked past the big windows or stepped out onto the balcony, we just had to stop and take it in. Everything inside felt high-quality and comfortable, and you could tell the place is really well cared for. It had this calm, luxurious vibe that made it super easy to relax and enjoy the stay. Highly recommend.

Quiet family getaway

Pros: Modern apartment which is close to shopping centres, cafes, restaurants and river promenade. The bedroom and living room both have air conditioning units. The unit had both a dishwasher and washing machine. The apartment has a balcony with an outdoor setting which is nice to have a coffee on. The host was very attentive, knowledgeable and always prompt with responses if any questions arose. Building has great sound proofing so could not hear anything going on outside of the unit. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Belgrade.

Great stay with some troubles on the checkout day

Pros: The apartment felt modern and luxurious, with air conditioning that made the stay very comfortable. I slept really well, and the space overall felt spacious, clean, and pleasant — a great place to stay in general.

Cons: Our last day in Belgrad was ruined when we found out at check-out (latest by 10am) that we couldn’t leave our bags at or near the reception for a few hours. In all my years of traveling, I’ve never experienced this before. I understand not having a storage room, but leaving bags for a couple of hours on the last day when you want to further explore the city or go for lunch should be the bare minimum when you pay so much money! Upon informing the host, he offered that we could keep the luggage in the room for another 3 hours (which I already locked and returned the key at this point) but that wasn’t really helpful since it meant we would have had to return far too early before our evening flight. The receptionist suggested a luggage storage in a nearby mall, so we walked 15 minutes only to discover after some searching and asking around it didn’t exist! As a result, we had to spend the entire day carrying our luggage until our flight at 5 pm — inconvenient and disappointing. Let this be a warning and make sure to include going to a luggage storage in the city somewhere in your plans if you intend on staying there.

Pros: Location, facilities, size, comfortable and easily accessible.

Cons: No shower gel or shampoo. We were informed about it, but still a little minus point.
