Excellent value for money

Pros: Modern, tastefully furnished, very clean apartment in a new building. Even though the building is located on a busy boulevard, the windows are on the back of the building and it is quiet. It is a pleasure to drink coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening on the terrace. Thank you Marija for your kindness and for all the recommendations regarding your stay in Belgrade!

Wunderbare Unterkunft mit grosser Herzlichkeit und idealer Lage.

Pros: Mein Aufenthalt war einfach grossartig! Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bot alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das warme, einladende Ambiente, man spürt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Wohlbefinden und Details gelegt wird. Die Gastgeberin war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, falls man etwas benötigte. Die Lage ist ideal, ruhig und dennoch sehr zentral gelegen, sodass man alles bequem erreichen kann. Ich habe mich vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt und komme bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder. Klare 10 von 10 Punkten!

Pros: Ανετο και καθαρό διαμέρισμα, με ολες τις παροχές, υπέροχη θέα απο το μπαλκόνι, εξαιρετική περιοχή κοντά σε συγκοινωνίες και καταστήματα και υπόγειο πάρκινγκ! Ήταν καλύτερο απο ότι περιμέναμε!

Cons: Θα ήθελα να υπάρχει καλάθι σκουπιδιών στα wc.

Περάσαμε υπέροχα σ αυτό το σπίτι!

Pros: Νιώσαμε σαν το σπίτι μας από την πρώτη στιγμή. Άνετο για πέντε άτομα και έχει μια κουζίνα που τα έχει όλα. Έχει πολλά πράγματα στο ψυγείο και ωραία «δώρα» από τους οικοδεσπότες. Μια όμορφη γειτονιά που έχει τα πάντα στα 50 μέτρα. Επίσης εξαιρετικό το γεγονός πως έχει πάρκινγκ. Αν υπολογίσετε πως τα αστικά λεωφορεία είναι δωρεάν και η στάση κάτω από το σπίτι, η μετακίνηση είναι εύκολη.

Cons: Προσωπικά δεν βρήκα κάτι αρνητικό στο σπίτι.

Perfektno!!!

Pros: Jako lep, prostran apartman, ima sve sto treba jednoj porodici. Cisto, uredno, pravi izbor! Deca su bila odusevljena jer ima i igracaka ☺️ Velika terasa pruza lep pogled. U okolini su prodavnice, parfimerije, menjacnice, trafike, apoteke, autobuske stanice...Sve na jednom mestu! Savrsena komunikacija sa domacinom! Opet cemo tu doci kad budemo u Beogradu! Sve preporuke!!! ☺️

Pros: Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet und in einer guten Lage in Belgrad. In der Umgebung sind mehrere Supermärkte, ein DM und es ist sicher. Die Gastgeber sind überaus hilfsbereit und immer präsent bei Rückfragen.
