BMM LUX APARTMENT CENTAR

BMM Lux apartment is the best home to be when you visit Serbia/Belgarde.

Pros: The apartment is very accessible, and the host is the best. She always makes sure that we are safe and sound. She made us feel at home. I liked it.

Cons: Nothing, everything was very good.

Good flat. Bad pricing at the end.

Pros: Very responsive and helpful host. Location is very good to explore the city. Fully equipped, for couple of days up to a week, for group of friends/family

Cons: 2 issues 1. System for the water heating and shower type cause that it's impossible to have constant stream of equally heated water. 2. I booked, as a genius level 3, room initially for 3 adults for 130euros. One friend wanted to join few days before checking in. I couldn't make changes on the booking.com site, so I contacted the host. They told me that we should pay 60euros extra for that one person. I objected, since it's not remotely proportional, but property refused my argumentation. Since it was few days before our stay, all other properties increased prices, so I felt blackmailed. Very bitter taste at the end towards booking.com and the host. My advice, if there is possibility, that you could change number of persons that will stay at this property, avoid this apartment.

Pleasent stay in the middle between Vracar and Dorćol

Pros: Apartment is comfortable, bright and warm. I was alone but it is big enough for a family. It was clean and equiped with all necessary stuff Biljana Is very kind and caring

Cons: Elevator is sticking sometimes, so just ask the owner to explain how to use it

Pros: Close to bakeries and places to have coffee and across the street is a home cooked meals restaurant and a mini market Shop and Go.

Pros: Good location, nice views, good wifi, very nice and friendly stuff, very good price

Cons: No balcony.. otherwise all perfect

Pros: Everything was fantastic! The flat is exceptional! Perfectly located on walking distance to the top attractions of the city center. The apartment is super clean, with every room fully equipped, ensuring a luxurious and comfortable experience. The mattress of the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the huge TV was great for relaxing. The host was attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. She was very accommodating, always available to help us with advice, parking spot or information. We are very impressed with the kind attitude. It was comfortable, clean and lovely. There are 24-hour supermarkets nearby for late-night cravings. Highly recommend for a top stay in Belgrade! I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Pros: Квартира просторная и уютная на последнем этаже, было тихо, все приборы все есть и даже больше чем нужно.

Appartement fonctionnel et confortable

Pros: Tout était très bien, appartement confortable et spacieux avec tout les équipements nécessaires. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Cons: Ascenseur un peu étroit et vieillissant mais tout de même fonctionnel

Appartamento molto centrale e comodo per prendere mezzi pubblici

Pros: Appartamento ultimo piano ( ascensore più una rampa di scale) molto silenzioso pur essendo in centro.Posizione eccellente per spostamenti con mezzi pubblici! Cucina attrezzatissime con molti e utili elettrodomestici. Unica piccola pecca sul letto singolo non c'era un lenzuolo con gli angoli quindi il lenzuolo utilizzato scivolava via perché non era abbastanza lungo da essere rincalzato sotto il materasso.

Cons: Migliorerei solo il miscelatore della doccia che non miscelava bene perché l'acqua passava continuamente da troppo calda a troppo fredda.
