Good value for money

Pros: Good location and close to a big shopping center that also has chargers for the cars

Cons: A bit odd the in and out the building, as is a serviced apartment. Was a bit confusing to navigate and from the parking to the lift, I never find out how it worked

Pros: The apartment itself is clean, modern, and equipped with all the facilities you could need. It also offers hassle-free garage entry via an internal elevator—very convenient for the luggage.

Excellent stay

Pros: We had a wonderful stay.The apartment was clean, modern, and had everything we needed. The location was the true highlight,walking distance to Savamala's restaurants, the Sava Promenade, and easy access to the city center and public transport. Perfect for exploring Belgrade!

Not ideal but ok

Pros: The apartment was not nearly as dirty as some of the other hosts had experienced. There are NO bed bugs. That post was completely inaccurate. The bed is clean and comfortable. It’s a quiet and convenient location. It has big windows and a balcony but it faces construction which will likely last for a long time.

Cons: The check in is confusing if you arrive after 8:30pm. The key was not in the box as it should have been and you can’t get in without a key so I had to wait until someone got in. Then I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to bring the key and the key he brought didn’t have access to the key card to enter the building. I was so tired after waiting and although I was hungry it was already 11pm by the time I finally got checked in. They didn’t offer a discount or anything to make up for the inconvenience. The one who dropped the key assured me that if I leave I can call security to let me back in but the shops were closed by that time and I didn’t have a phone plan yet so the risk felt high especially after I had just traveled for many hours to get there. It was really not worth that price and it was missing basic things like coffee, cutlery, etc. It’s not ready and the owners don’t seem like they have done much traveling or have an idea about what guests need to feel comfortable and secure. It was ok. Not nearly as bad as the horrible reviews but I would book somewhere else for the price I paid in the future if it’s a longer stay. For one night it was fine. There’s no place to leave your bags which was also an inconvenience and is something to keep in mind. The reception said it’s a strict policy and they will not allow it at all even if it’s a small one.

Great place to stay while in Belgrade

Pros: Efficient and easy communication with the host + amazing place to stay! The location is perfect, with bunch of the amenities, river Sava at a minute away, and the city center in close proximity.

Cons: None

Pros: Excellent location with parking. Pay more attention to cleaning (bathroom mirror, dust). Otherwise, perfect.

Pros: The property was neat and comfortable, with a nice layout. There were some utilities missing but for a one night stay, jt worked.

Cons: Cleanliness was not as good as expected, especially the fridge. White towels and sheets should be held up to standard if the hotel experience is strived for.

Pros: The apartment is nicely firnished, clean and comfortable. The location is great and the parking space even better. With big recommendations:

Städtetrip

Pros: Die Lage war super. Wie waren innerhalb von 5' im Einkaufszentrum. Die Donau ist auch in der Nähe. Es hat eine Busstation in der Nähe & der Flughafen auch.

Cons: Es gibt irgendwie öber 30 Belgrade Waterfront Art Apartment und wir wurden von einten zum anderen geschickt (das 6 Apartement/ Hotel war es dann). Keiner konnte uns genau Auskunft geben. Beim einten Apartment war die Rezeptionistin so extrem unfreundlich & hat uns stehen lassen wie bestellt & nicht abgeholt & hat mit dem Handy gechatet. Das was auf den Bildern abgebildet ist (Grosse Gebäude) ist nicht die Unterkunft sondern das Towel Luxus Hotel & die Aussicht stimmt auch nicht. Wir hatten 90' bis wir es gefunden haben (Apartment). In der Buchungsbestätigung steht auch keinen Namen welches Apartment. Dann war das Apartment wo wir eingecheckt haben noch nicht ganz fertig ( Lift, Wohnungsschubladen fehlten..)das WC Papier fehlte vom ersten Tag an & es hatte keine Handtücher zum Abwaschen & eine Baustelle gab es auch noch dazu was Lärm bedeutet hat am Morgen. Dann in der Küche war das Geschirr mit Wassertropfen Spuren hinterlassen worden & die einte Heizung funktionierte nicht. Das Preis Leistubgsverhältniss stimmt so nicht überein.
