Excellent hospitality and cleanliness, small bathroom and limited soundproofing.

Pros: My recent stay was pleasant. The host demonstrated outstanding hospitality, and communication with him was impeccable throughout. The flat was immaculately clean and carried a fresh, pleasant fragrance. The amenities were excellent; the coffee machine was particularly appreciated, and the bed provided a high level of comfort. The property is conveniently located on the first floor, accessible via approximately ten steps, which was clearly indicated and easy to manage.

Cons: There are a few considerations for prospective guests. The bathroom is extremely compact and may not be suitable for individuals of a larger build. Additionally, the soundproofing is limited; the street outside is cobblestoned and tends to be lively, which can result in significant noise during the night. As a light sleeper, I found it challenging to rest for the better part of the night. Overall, while the accommodation offers cleanliness, comfort, and an outstanding host, guests sensitive to noise or requiring a more spacious bathroom may wish to take these factors into account.

Cozy apartment in the heart of the city

Pros: The apartment is in the very heart of Belgrade, which makes it perfect if you want to explore the city on foot — everything is close by. It’s very cute, clean, and cozy. Keep in mind that it’s on the smaller side, so it’s best suited for solo travelers or couples traveling light, as there isn’t much storage space. It’s ideal if you plan to spend most of your time out and about enjoying the city. Since it’s located on the first floor and faces a narrow street, you can hear the cars passing by, so light sleepers may want to take note. There isn’t a kitchenette, just a sink and coffee machine, but the owners have thoughtfully provided everything you might need — coffee, tea, water, shower gels, shampoos, toothpaste, and more. The hosts are exceptionally kind, professional, and responsive. Overall, I had a very positive experience and truly appreciated their hospitality.

Pros: The apartment has a great location. It is equipped almost with everything you need (except cooking facilities). The host was exceptionally attentive. Coffee was great. After check-out host also offered to leave baggage for free. Highly recommend if you decide to reach every interesting central locations by foot.

Pros: The apartment is in a fantastic location, just a 2-minute walk from the main pedestrian zone, yet incredibly quiet. It offers everything you need, with a comfortable bed, a fully equipped bathroom, and a mini kitchen. It's on the first floor, making access very easy. The host is extremely helpful and accommodating, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Cons: Everything was perfect. PS: Although some comments mention difficulty finding the place, it’s actually very simple. The street number 31 is clearly marked above the entrance, and the building is right across from the city garage.

Pros: The location is excellent, it is minutes away from Knez Mihailova and very close to other popular attractions as well. The apartment was clean and cozy. The host was very kind and responsive. We will definitely be back!
