Cozy and convenient

Pros: The apartment has everything you might need and it is conveniently located next to multiple bus stops. The communication with the hosts was also very smooth.

Cons: Everything seemed totally fine for our needs. I am from New Belgrade so we also weren’t expecting to go sightseeing or do a lot of touristy things m, to be fair.

An excellent stay

Pros: I booked this apartment for my relatives. They were quite satisfied with the facilities during the whole stay. The location is also nice, IMO this is the best district of Belgrade. The host is very welcoming and responsive, we didn't have any issues with communication and I like her cordial attitude. I would definitely consider booking this again if the need arises.

Cons: The elevator in the building got broken once during the stay, which wasn't convenient since the apartment is on a high floor. Still, this contingency is not on the host or the apartment, and the elevator got fixed pretty quickly, in a day or two.

The best ever

Pros: Our stay was wonderful! I really like the apartment, everything is well designed and comfortable. The apartment has a space that can be used as a workspace, so I worked during our stay. We had early check-in and the apartment was fully prepared for our arrival. The area is beautiful and very quiet, there is a shopping center with large supermarket just 10 minutes away. There are bus stops nearby and it is easy to go the city center or any other destination by bus. The host was always available, recommended great places in the area and helped us with registration. I have the most pleasant impressions!

I recommend the apartment for long and short-stay. It is suitable for people who travel and work.

Stan je za svaku pohvalu i toplo ga preporucujemo.

Pros: Lokacija stana je odlicna, stan je opremljen sa svim sto je potrebno za ugodan boravak.Vlasnica Nevena je veoma srdacna i dostupna u svakom momentu.

Pros: Stan je izuzetno čist, sadrži sve što je potrebno, a vlasnici su preljubazni. Lokacija je sjajna!

Pros: Boravak u Cozy Studio Apartment na Novom Beogradu bio je pravo uživanje! Apartman se nalazi na odličnoj lokaciji, u mirnom delu grada, ali sa svim potrebnim sadržajima u blizini. Od samog dolaska, doček je bio izuzetno prijatan – domaćini su gostoljubivi, ljubazni i zaista su mislili na svaki detalj kako bi boravak bio što ugodniji. Stan je besprekorno čist, prelepog i modernog enterijera, a opremljen je apsolutno svime što može zatrebati – od sitnica u kuhinji do udobne posteljine i brzog WiFi-ja. Posebno smo bili oduševljeni pažnjom domaćina prema sitnicama – u stanu nas je sačekalo nekoliko ljubaznih gestova koji su učinili da se osećamo kao kod kuće. Krevet je izuzetno udoban, prostor je topao i prijatan, a sve je funkcionalno i promišljeno uređeno. Definitivno jedno od najboljih mesta za boravak u Beogradu! Preporučujemo ga svima koji traže savršen balans između udobnosti, stila i sjajne lokacije. Sigurno ćemo se vratiti!

Pros: The apartment is very nice, clean, warm and sunny. The location is amazing and the owners are very kind. We will definitely visit again.
