Great host and spacious home in Voždovac

Pros: We stayed in Apartment Deluxe Voždovac for a second time. The host is exceptional. He’s been helping us with all sort of questions during our stay (e.g. finding a homeopathy pharmacy and other stuff). The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, especially for long stays. In the neighborhood there are many groceries, convenience stores and pharmacies. The chocolate factory is also nearby.

Cons: The property and its guests would benefit from improvements to some bits and pieces - kitchen pots and saucepans need replacement; toilets may need new seats; window blinds are out of order; wardrobe sliding doors also need some maintenance.

20 days in Voždovac

Pros: Luka is a superhost - always available to help with any questions, even recommended an emergency vet clinic; was flexible to accommodate us for a few extra nights at a short notice. The flat is very spacious and comfortable for longer stays. Free Parking was available in front if the block. Public transport stops and many grocery stores nearby. Well maintained block with an elevator.

Cons: The flat needs a bit of maintenance, e.g. bathroom equipment, windows let the cold wind coming in, some window shutters are out of order especially in the bedrooms facing southwest. The kitchen saucepans and pans also need a replacement.

Pros: Достаточная большая квартира с двумя спальнями и широкими кроватями. Кухня оборудована хорошей техникой. Предоставляются полотенца. Много мест для хранения вещей. Можно заехать и выехать самостоятельно в любое время. Быстрый интернет. Рядом много магазинов.

Cons: Квартира уставшая, ремонт был очень давно. Шкафы купе большей частью с не работающими дверцами. Кухонные принадлежности очень старые, готовить тяжело. Мебель очень старая, стулья осыпаются.
