Spacious and well designed apartment in the Center of Belgrade

Pros: Spacious, clean, welcoming interior, separate bedrooms The area is great with lots of bars and places to eat.

Cons: The elevator is quite old and could be intimidating Also we had to pay on spot in cash and had to look for an ATM to withdraw Serbian money after a 6 hour trip

Spotless and comfortable

Pros: The apartment was spotless, with super comfortable beds and pillows. Beautifully designed, in an amazing location, and the host was absolutely wonderful. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Stay at City Zen Apartment in Belgrade

Pros: I recently had the pleasure of staying at the City Zen apartment in the heart of Belgrade, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From start to finish, this place exceeded all my expectations. The location of City Zen couldn't be better. The apartment was a real gem – clean, bright, and spacious.

Pros: Ev sahibi cok ilgili anlayışlı ve evin konumu şahane. Çocuğumuz bir tabağı kırmasına rağmen evsahibi durumu anlayışla karşıladı.

Cons: Bina oldukça eski, asansör var ama küçük ve pis bir kokusu var. Temizlik fena degil ama örümcek aglari var. Mimari olarak guven vermiyor.

Amazing apartment in the heart of Belgrade

Pros: Prime location in a great neighborhood and walking distance to everything! Beautiful, clean, modern, and well equipped apartment. Great host and communication. Grocery store on bottom floor, and lots of restaurants and shopping around. If you are coming with kids there is a large beautiful park just a couple of minutes walk and it has a nice playground. Highly recommended!

Cons: Parking situation is really tough. The street doesn’t have that many spots and they are always occupied because it is a residential area and because the location is prime and with a lot of restaurants so everybody is fighting for the same parking spots. There is a garage about 10 minutes walking. For people without mobility issues, kids, and luggage it’s not a problem, otherwise just a heads up if you are coming with a car.

Pros: Sehr gute zentrale Lage. Grosses Apartmen liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber und relatv frisch renoviert.Grosses Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Hohe Decken. Ein Kleiderschrank mit genug Kleiderbügel und zusätzlichem Bettzeugs war vorhanden. Aufzug vorhenden. Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen vor Ort.

Cons: Keine Kaffeemaschiene. Sehr dünne Wände und Decken. Jeder schritt vom Nachbar oberhalb machte knierschende geräusche an der Decke was in der Nacht manchmal etwas unangenehm war.

Perfect location, comfy home with a pretty home owner

Pros: It’s pretty close to simply anywhere and totally affordable. Home owner, Ms Dubravska had asked me about how happy I am with the house during and after my booking which I had not ever witnessed the same so far. House is very clean and has a perfect design.

Overall, my stay was enjoyable, with friendly staff, a comfortable room, and only minor issues like

Pros: I did not meet the owner, but Dejan did his best to help us. He speaks English very well, and my check-in went smoothly. I liked the room and the location, and the view from the building was incredibly amazing. There is a market under the building where you can find everything. The bed was also really comfortable, and the living room design is amazing.

Cons: During check-in, we missed the total price with taxes and cleaning fees. Future guests should carefully check the final cost on booking.com. Although the initial booking showed a 30 euro difference, it was accurately stated on the reservation page—my oversight. This isn't a fault of the building. Also, there was a water heater leak in the bathroom that requires attention.

Pros: I liked that everything was clean and the location is great.

Cons: The only thing that I noticed was that the heating stopped at s9me point in the evening and it became a little cold in one of the rooms. Don't really know what caused it tho.
