It was pretty good overall, we enjoyed even with the complications

Pros: Its clean and well furnished.Very modern and has an expensive look to it

Cons: The jacuzzi and shower dont work fully , and those were one of the main reasons that we booked this property .Communication with tve owner could be better.

Pros: Predivan apartman na savršenoj lokaciji,.pogotovo sa decom, sve je tu u blizini. Apartman je čist, higijena na nivou.Prostran je, bas je veliki.Sa vlasnikom je super protekao dogovor. Mi ćemo se sigurno opet vratiti, od nas sve preporuke.

Pros: דירה ממש במדרחוב. מיקום מושלם. ממש קרוב למסעדות, סופר, אתרים מרכזיים. מזגנים בשתי החדרים. ג'קוזי ומקלחת בחדר שינה, ללא דלת.

Cons: אין קומקום חשמלי להכין קפה. יש מכונת קפה אך הקפסולות לא מתאימות. בשירותים היה ריח דוחה של ביוב, כל הזמן. לא נעים בזמן שאתה מצחצח שיניים וכו'. אין מרפסת ולא פטיו. פשוט יציאה לגג של בניין. ללא כסא או משהו לשבת עליו. הדלת לחדר השינה כל הזמן חרקה. לדעתי, בעל הנכס לא מבקר את הנכס, ולא בודק מה מצבו. ישנם דברים שצריכים תיקונים, אך על פניו נראה שזו חברה אחזקה שלא ממש אכפת לה. ממליצה לבעל הנכס לבדוק את הדברים. חבל, זו דירה נהדרת אך מוזנחת
