Pros: Lokacija je bila odlična, u blizini Zemunskog keja, u okolini ima prodavnica, apoteka i sve ostalo što je neophodno, vlasnik je bio izuzetno ažuran i brzo smo se dogovorili oko ulaska u stan. Sistem ulaska u stan je takođe idealan jer postoji mogućnost ulaska bez kontakta sa vlasnikom što povećava fleksibilnost.

Cons: Pegla nije bila funkcionalna i bilo bi zgodno da se doda još neki peškir.
