Great stay, clean, spacious and modern

Pros: We had a great time, the property was exactly as advertised, very spacious and clean. We spent our New Year’s here and had a great time. The stuff were extremely helpful and nice. They allowed us to stay with our dog at request.

Cons: The Wi-Fi was in the rooms outside of the living room was weak, this was the main inconvenience. The location is a bit far away from the city center, but we knew that when booking.

Pros: Nice people at the door, the gym is very good for a hotel gym and they have a very handy vending machine in the building (but only accepts cash).

Cons: It is a little hard to find, the address on maps is not quite correct. The vending machine should accept card.

Pros: Very convenient near the airport. Private parking . Very comfortable bed. Quiet room although close to the airport. In the middle of quiet neighborhood. Close to some bakerys and coffee shop

Pros: Location, parking, apartment size. Actually, we were pleasantly surprised when we entered the apartment and realised that there are two balconies and two toilets, which are not shown in the pictures.

Cons: Kitchen equipment. The bathroom handle is falling off.

Excellent hotel and staff, very accommodating to my requests of an iron an early check in.

Pros: Very clean property throughout and also very quiet. The location is also perfect with shops nearby.

Cons: There was no toaster, tea towels or proper cooking items. The frying pan we had was of no use as everything stuck to it. There was also a corner of the room, next to the balcony door which was black with mould.

Pros: Sve je bilo super, čisto je, lokacija je odgovarala našim potrebama. Besplatan parking smo pronašli ispred hotela. Dobili smo i krevetić za dijete, dozvoljen nam je i raniji check-in i to bez doplate (iako se plaća) zbog činjenice da dolazimo ranije s malim djetetom. Osoblje ljubazno, sve pohvale.

The big apartment was very comfortable, definitely fit for family of 2 adults and 4 children.

Pros: We got a big apartment with full kitchen. The apartment is definitely well equipped for long term accomodation. TVs in all bedrooms, big kitchen, big table, big couch.

Cons: We were missing some basic kitchen things that we had to buy, like trash bags, sugar, salt. I was also missing a laundry room, although it might have been there.

Excellent apartment, though communication needs work.

Pros: Nice and clean apartment with new furniture and well-equipped amenities. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Good value for the money.

Cons: My wife and I arrived at different times. When I checked in, I was given only one key card at the reception. Since I had to leave before she arrived, I informed the reception about the situation. They assured me that they would notify the night housekeeper. However, when my wife arrived, the housekeeper had not been informed and was suspicious of her. He called the receptionist, and they eventually resolved the issue. The organization seems relatively new to the business, so I recommended they improve staff professionalism. Apart from that, everything else was perfect.
