Exceptional!
Pros: Everything! Anna was absolutely amazing with tips about transport, accommodation and even allowing me to leave my bag in the flat because my flight was quite late at night. The apartment was clean, comfortable and so close to the centre. Anna had everything in the flat including water in the fridge, umbrellas if it was raining (and on my last day it was supposed to rain so I took one of Anna's umbrellas and I am so glad I did). She even had a needle and some threads in the flat. I needed them so badly and looked in several shops and couldn't find them. Then I get to the apartment and find them. This was for me the best apartment I have ever stayed, and Anna was absolutely amazing! If I ever decide to go to Belgrade, I will definitely contact Anna!

Pros: The location is exceptional, everything I wanted to see the sights and the rest was accessible on foot, as well as the city center itself. Nearby is the main station where buses stop for all parts of the city. I also liked the fact that there is a a big store of food and other necessities right next to the accommodation that is open even on weekends until 10pm. The hostess is very friendly and available, and I was unexpectedly pleasantly surprised by the accommodation. It was very warm in the apartment even though it was very cold outside. In the apartment you have coffee, tea, other spices, accessories for personal hygiene and other important details and things to make your stay pleasant. See you again, if I come to Belgrade. Thank you for everything.

It was just a very nice apartment really nice, clean, cosy and well equipped ( kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room )
Pros: The location is great if you want to discover Old Town, Kalemegdan, and Center of Belgrade - everything is reachable by walking. The apartment is cosy, very well equipped, clean and the host was very kind and helpful.
Cons: The bed is too noisy, microwave is missing…

Great staying in Belgrade
Pros: This apartment is like your own flat with everything you need in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Good location in the middle between the central bus station and Republic Square & Prince Mikhail Street (1.200m). There's a very comfortable apartment on the ground floor and next door is the entrance to the supermarket. Miss Ivanna is a very kind and hospitable lady, her apartment has all the smallest details and is very clean and warm. Two rooms, two TVs, tea, coffee, sugar, vegetable oil for cooking. Napkins, paper towels, air fresheners, everything for the shower including with hand cream and nail polish remover, it was unexpected absolutely... I felt very cozy and comfortable, thank you very much, dear Ivanna!
Cons: 1. Previous guests smoked in the apartment even though there is a NO SMOKING sign! My request to tourists is to follow the rules of residence! 2. The pillows were a little hard for me

Good value for money considering the discounted price
Pros: - On the ground floor = no stairs - Air conditioning - Next to a supermarket - Quick response to messages
Cons: - Needed to wait 15 min on the street for check-in - Payment in cash only and no change - Few dining options nearby - Mattress too soft - Limited amount of hot water at shower - OK for summer, maybe not for winter

Pros: Facilities was outstanding, host was very nice. Long story short, highly recommended.
Cons: Entrance of the building was just a bit a weird. But not a problem anyways.
