Perfect 10

Our stay at Perfect 10 was very comfortable.

Pros: The location of the apartment is perfect. There is a small market at the entrance of the building. This is a great advantage. The bus stops are just a few minutes walk. The weather was vey cold but the heating of the flat was very good. Our contact Bojan was very helpful and quickly responded to our questions. The flat was very clean. As a family we had a very comfortable stay which may not be possible in a hotel room.

Cons: The bathroom had a leakage from the bath tub which was not so much but needs attention.

Perfect stay! So nice and cozy and great location.

Pros: Really perfect choice: easy communication, easy access, very clear description of how to get there and the apartment feels really like a home. Location so close to city center is also perfect! Supermarket is in the same building. Thanks a lot!

Communicative host

Pros: Bojan was an excellent host. Communication was easy throughout our stay. The apartment was clean and as described. Great location for tourists visiting Belgrade.

Central, spacious, good host.

Pros: This apartment is located at complete centre - couple of minutes from Republic square, pedestrian street etc. Despite of location it is a quiet place. Explanations sent for entering the apartment were very clear. We also used transfer offered by host and it worked perfectly well both ways. In kitchen there are plenty of dishes and cookware, also fridge, capsule coffee machine, kettle, owen, dishwasher etc. In bathroom there is washing machine with some detergent. Also few hygiene items provided (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel etc) that is appreciated. Wifi works well. In case of need or questions host responds quickly and constructively.

Cons: In some regards apartment needs a bit of maintenance and thorough cleaning. F.e there were some leaks present (from shower, under the sink) and also kitchen would benefit from stain removal etc. Would be useful to leave instructions how to use household machines (not necessarily everyone is able to operate every machine) and also where to take trash exactly. Ideally there could be few (more) hooks in the lobby and also bathroom.

Great location and very nice flat.

Pros: It was a perfect apartment for 5 nights stay in Belgrade. Centrally located but on a quiet street surrounded by plenty of bars and restaurants. The flat was modern, clean and well arranged. The host was very kind and helpful. I asked him a favor to prepare a complimentary box (rakija, cheese, ajvar, ham) for my partner at our arrival to the flat as it was his birthday. He did it perfectly and my partner was so happy. We will go back to Belgrade and we will stay there again.

Cons: Nothing to complain.

A great stay in a lovely apartment.

Pros: Lovely apartment with lots of space and very comfortable beds. Great kitchen. Location is perfect for Belgrade city centre. The host communicates well and instructions are very clear. Bathroom is good but shower could do with an update.

Pros: Cisto, udobno, moderno in svetlo. Odlicna lokacija.

We had an amazing stay!

Pros: Everything was perfect - host was responsive and provided us with clear instructions how to get to apartment. He also organized transfer from airport (which was cheaper than taxi). Location is central - everything you need is nearby, there is also small market just under apartment. Both bedrooms are facing to yard so it is really quiet. The place was also spacious and clean.

Cons: Only minor thing is that bedrooms don’t have blinds (however, there are curtains) so if you need to sleep in complete darkness take blindfold with you. :)
