Pros: The apartment and the garage can easily be found among the newly built house. The urban environment is gorgeus and clean. The apartment look likes than a luxus house. There are everything and more than you need you. The view amazing, wonderful, great and so on. Book here, you won't regret it.

Pros: Great view, new building and apartment. Great location.

Cons: There were a few issues that arose during my check-in process. The unclear instructions regarding the late check in at 20:00 process and the fact that i had to imagine to press a button and say my room number caused some confusion and frustration. Additionally, it's concerning that the hotel staff didn't answer the phone when i called numerous times, which made the situation worst. The instructions were like playing in an escape room. The instructions about the parking were unclear. There was a shiny keyholder in the envelope with the keys with a fade laser engraving with the parking spot that was also not mentioned. However, it's worth noting that the hotel staff did apologize at the end, which is a positive sign. They acknowledged that there were issues and expressed regret for any inconvenience caused. Also accepts only cash that is mentioned in the small letters. Overall, while there were some hiccups during my check-in process, it seems like the hotel staff tried their best to address the situation and make things right. It would be helpful if the hotel could improve their instructions and ensure that someone is always available to answer the phone in case of any issues.

Pros: Perfekte Lage und eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit viel Platz. Ein Willkommensgeschenk vom Gastgeber hat uns auch positiv überrascht. Das Apartment hat alles was man so im Alltag benötigt!

Pros: Kortbij shopping center, mooie omgeving met veel cafetaria’s etc..

Odlučan odnos cene i kvaliteta

Pros: Lokacija odlična. Enterijer i čistoća izuzetni. Pogled romantičan. Komunikacija sa vlasnicima praktična. Prosledjena su mu sva uputstva za ulazak u apartman i garažu.

A little gem at the Belgrade waterfront!

Pros: New property in fantastic condition in the Belgrade Waterfront area. Clean and modern. Great access to the boardwalk and amenities.

Cons: Some construction still in the area, but not really a bother.
