Pros: Veoma je bučno u stanu zbog stanice lifta kija je uz zidove stana, pošto je stan u potkrovlju. Svaki kupa kad se pokrene lift čuje se u stanu.

Pros: Great communication with the owner. Smooth check-in & check-out. Location is great, close to the 24/7 bakery, supermarket, taxi station, great coffee restaurant and McDonalds :) Facilities are very clean, parking is free of charge below the building, there is fast connection to the main highway and i will use it again in the future for short stays.

Pros: Clean, tidy, organized, cozy place for short term stays. photos and description are in line with reality. excellent host, fast responding and supporting. Location is well connected with all parts of town. Parking space was not an issue.

Pros: Отличная локация, рядом все магазины, Макдональдс, Паб для любителей пива. Не было проблем с парковкой около дома, приезжали пару раз - всегда было место. Совершенно потрясающая терраса - огромная и с чудесным видом на город. Квартира чистая и со свежим ремонтом, мебель также практически новая

Cons: Квартира находится на последнем, 14ом, этаже 13-ти этажного дома. Там расположена шахта лифта с подьемным механизмом - когда опускается или поднимается лифт это слышно в квартире. Нам это не сильно мешало, но для других могут быть сложности. Не было отдельных (дополнительных) одеял, только одно большое на двоих. Из душевой кабины внизу сильно подтекает вода при ее использовании - требуется силикон. Основная проблема - очень слабый напор воды. Более менее нормально мыться возможно только ранним утром или поздним вечером. Насколько мы поняли, это проблема в целом дома.

Un sejur placut

Pros: Cazarea este la etajul 14 si beneficiaza de o terasa enorma (pacat ca nu este amenajata si mobilata) cu o vedere asupra Belgradului. Apartamentul este cochet, beneficiaza de tot confortul, aer conditionat , plase de tantari,Tv smart mare, cu Netflix si Youtube. Este pozitionat foarte aproape de numeroase statii de autobus cu plecari in toate directiile, transportul fiind gratuit. Parcare gratuita in fata blocului dar se gaseste foarte greu un loc liber.

Cons: Presiunea apei la dus este foarte mica.
