Pros: I would like to start by thanking our host Nikola for his excellent hospitality and always helpful and kind approach; we stayed in three separate apartments for the 2025 Christmas market with 7 adults and 8 children. Each apartment was incredibly well-prepared and spotlessly clean. The fact that it was only a few minutes from the Christmas market and offered easy access to other locations was a bonus.

Absolutely amazing stay!

Pros: Simply amazing! This has been one of the best stays I’ve ever had. The apartment is incredibly comfortable, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and perfectly located close to everything. But the real highlight is the host: Nikola was absolutely exceptional. We exchanged messages before the trip, and he always responded kindly and promptly to every question. During our stay, he was just as attentive and helpful. You’ll be truly lucky to meet him and stay at his apartment. If I ever return to Belgrade, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second : I would choose the same place again!

Modern home away from home in an easy location

Pros: Apartment was clean and spacious with modern kitchen and bathroom amenities and simple cosy furnishings. Garage parking was an absolute lifesaver - we left our car and used free local buses to commute to central Belgrade. Great location - major shopping centre and waterfront restaurants within minutes walk, convenience of supermarket, chemist and bakeries walk to next block. Absolutely loved the balcony where you can take in the vibe of the city. Host Nikola was a joy to deal with and readily available to respond to any request. We will be happy to stay here again.

Cons: None although be aware there is city noise.

Pros: Amazing accomodation, walking distance to the waterfront, supermarket around the corner, clean, spacious & modern.

Pros: The apartment was clean, comfortable, and located in a great area close to everything we needed, but still quiet and relaxing. Communication with the host was smooth and helpful throughout our stay. Nikola was very responsive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed. Everything matched the description exactly, and there were even some small thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. We really felt at home and had a great experience overall. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and we’d gladly come back again!

Pros: Amazing location. Great host, Nikola went above and beyond to cater to all of our needs. He sent us great locations to visit while in Belgrade. The apartment was very clean and situated in an amazing location. Walking distance to the Galerija shopping centre.

Pros: My first experience living in appartment. Always prefer hotel. But it was really amazing! Location, up to date area, clean and equiped with all needed

Cons: Close to road on one side. A bit noisy.

Pros: It's a lovely modern and clean Appartement with everything you need, also very well suited for small children. Location is excellent, fantastic shopping center, water front and public tranport system within 5 minutes walk. City centre is roughly just 10 minutes away by bus.
