Pros: I always stay here. The apartment is basically located the heart of the city. There are snack bar and coffee under the building. It was clean as always and Arthur is a great host 🌸

Pros: Wonderful apartments in the city center! Very clean and cozy! Everything is thought out to the smallest detail: blankets, dishes, cutlery, beautiful decor. We are very grateful to Arthur for this hospitality and kindness! He met us at the airport and than after finishing our stay he took us to the airport! Thank you very much for everything! Best regards!!!

Pros: Great location, close to the centre and interesting attractions (cafes, restaurants, museums). The host was very friendly and flexible.

Cons: Although the apartment is new and in a good shape, the entrance hall to the appartment is not appealing. However, I am not sure that is something the owner could do something about.

Pros: Nice, bright apartment with everything you need for a short stay. Bed was comfy, shower good and kitchen has the essentials. Nice to have the small balcony. Arthur is very responsive to messages. Great location with lots of public transport, lots of bars, restaurants and cafes and a good supermarket 2 mins walk but still quiet. I will stay there again next week.

Cons: Liked everything.

Pros: Arthur was a very good host. We were able to get quick support from him whenever we had any questions about anything such as transportation from the airport. The location was very good, it was walking distance of 500 - 700 m to everywhere, especially the best breakfast places. The only thing i can criticize is that it took some time to warm up the apartment on the first day because the heating was done with air conditioning. But we were always outside so it wasn't a big problem for us. The bathroom was cold, there was a central heating, but to be honest, we didn't ask Arthur for help on how to heat it. Maybe if we asked, he would have given us directions. Lastly, don't forget to put slippers in your suitcase especially if you are going in winter, and shampoo too :) I also recommended my friends who will be going to Belgrade soon to stay here.

Best location, very clear house.

Pros: the house was clear and location of house is very center on the city. The living area is enough for us. We were stayed with 2 adult and child. The kitchen had a microwave oven, kettle and sufficient kitchenware. Mr. Arthur is very helpful and friendship. Before came there, critical informations were informed to me by him. Thanks him for everything.

Cons: the heating system didn't not enough when the cold weather. because, the room heated with air conditioner.

Very convenient location almost in the center.

Pros: Very convenient location almost in the center. There are a lot of restaurants and shops around. The journey from the airport takes 15-20 minutes. Very friendly owner.

Pros: The apartment is in the center, very close to Strahinjicha Bana and Kneza Mihailova, Rajicheva Mall and still in a quiet and elegant area. There are several markets in the vicinity and restaurant to enjoy good food. It has a small terace, which gives additional charm to the place.
