Very good value for money. Great communication with the owner.

Pros: I enjoyed my stay at the property, even though it was just for one night. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully furnished kitchen, air conditioner, a large bed, and a sofa. Initially, I thought the apartment was at Skadarska 4, but that turned out to be the owner's office. However, the apartment was still conveniently located near the old town center. The communication with the owner was excellent (even though we communicated only via chat). I received clear instructions on how to reach the apartment (and I am from those people who get easily lost with or without GPS :D) and make the payment, and the lady kindly arranged a taxi for my departure. They are from those kind of owners you know you can rely on for everything. This is a good choice if you are looking for an affordable place in the town.

Cons: Despite the initial confusion about the location, everything else was great.

Pros: Great location in heart of city center but very quiet. Nice apartment and host was wonderful, he find us parking spot. Cash only but providing invoices for companies what is very important for us.

Pros: Идеальное месторасположение в самом центре города, отдельная уютная квартира, есть все необходимое для проживания. Очень внимательный хозяин квартиры Милан, предложил трансфер от аэропорта до место проживания, рассказал все о городе и был всегда на связи. Нам все понравилось, спасибо!

Pros: Lep apartman u samom centru. Skadarlija na 50 metara, trg republike na 2 minuta. Super lokacija. Milan je super domacin, nasao mi je parking na par minuta od stana i pomogao oko kofera. Sve pohvale za momka.
