clean and big room

Pros: it is the cleanest apartment during my stay in belgrade. the room is perfect, warm, tiny, new and big. the staff there are nice and always helpful.

Cons: the location is not that convenient. i have to take the luggages on the muddy ground from bus-stop to the hotel (about 3min' walk), the road is a little bit narrow so i cannot take them on it. while i think why people book here is to go to the airport and probably with big luggages.

Comfortable apartments with the friendliest staff, conveniently close to the airport

Pros: An absolutely wonderful place near the airport. Very comfortable, spotless, with truly huge apartments at a very modest price. The staff’s attitude towards guests is exceptional — so caring and genuinely warm. On my next visit to Belgrade, I will definitely stay here again! I highly recommend it — you absolutely won’t regret it. Everything was just perfect!

Cons: It may be a little far from the city, but that’s really not a problem given the free public transport. And if you’d rather relax right after your flight, then the proximity to the airport is actually a big advantage. So it’s hard to say there were any real downsides

Pros: Perfect from start to finish! I can't say anything bad, I felt like home! Beautiful, modern apartment, has absolutely everything, very clean, and a beautiful view from the window! It was so cozy, so comfortable, like in this country and all these friendly people! A personal thank you to the concierge at the entrance, who helped answer all my questions, as well as call a taxi to the airport in the morning when everyone else refused, she didn't stop calling everyone she could to help

Great value for money

Pros: It is great value for money, spacious, and well equipped. Also good free parking.

Cons: The apartment that we got at first had some problem with the air-conditioning, so we had to move to another one. It was great that the lady at the reception proposed to move us. Also, the place is very close to the airport so you can hear the airlines a little bit.

Pros: They gave us also coffee, super clean the apartment , new

Nice appartment

Pros: We only stayed there one night, but the appartment was spacious enough, felt homey and comfortable, and the neighbourhood was nice.

Pros: everything was great and perfect. The apartments were so clean and had all the necessary facilities that made us feel comfortable. Hosts were extremely kind and the service was beyond expectations. Thank you very much will love to visit again ☺️

Family travelling

Pros: Amazing apartment and building. Everything is new. Great value of money.

Pros: Apartment was really spacious, clean and comfortable.

Cons: At one point there wasn't water so they must have reserve options to overcome that situation. I must say they put drinking water station in the lobby that iwas on the ground floor. Also bed, two single beds that are merged poorly.
