Pros: Location was great for our stay - we could take nice walks around Novi Beograd, but also reach city center easily with public transportation (bus station is just few steps away). Building is new with security surveillance and access to garage. Apartment is equipped for comfortable stay. Communication with landlady is smooth and easy, very pleasant and adds to overall experience. Would come back for sure in the future.

Pros: Spacious and very clean apartment in a great location for us at the moment. Also, we used the garage which was spacious and well laid-out. The apartment is clean, with one bedroom and all necessary accessories for a comfortable stay. The owner communicated clearly and in a timely manner. We will definitely be back here.

Pros: Very tastefully arranged and decorated apartment. You have all that you need for a short and even longterm stay in a new development with a supermarket in the same building and underground garage. I will definitely stay here again when in Belgrade. Ivana is a great host and took her time to explain everything about the apartment and surroundings.

Pros: Изключително чист, комфортен апартамент, разполагащ не просто с всичко необходимо, а с повече от необходимото за прекрасна почивка. Подходящ за наемане и за по-дълъг период от време. Модерна сграда с контрол на достъпа, подземен паркинг, магазин в сградата и множество ресторанти наоколо. Съвсем близо до спирки на градски транспорт. Любезен, отзивчив домакин, който те посреща като ВИП гост!
