Exceptional communication with the host and a nice stay

Pros: It was truly an exceptional stay. The flat has high ceilings, and the sturdy staircase leads up to the sleeping area. The bed is comfortable, and the place is very easy to keep warm. The shower is satisfactory, and the seating area is spacious enough for two people. The attention to detail is commendable, with both an iron and a hairdryer provided.

Cons: The walls are very thin, and the neighbours frequently play Serbian turbo‑folk music during the day, which disrupts normal activities. The entrance is relatively close to a busy street and situated on the ground floor, which may raise safety concerns for some guests. However, the neighbourhood itself is generally very safe.

Pros: We had a great stay! The apartment was very nice and clean, but what truly stands out is the location — it's absolutely perfect, close to everything we needed. We especially appreciated how central it was. The host was also extremely kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you for everything — we would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Nice location at the centre of Belgrade. Very clean. The hostess is very friendly and willing to help you! A huge covered parking is 4 min from the house (12€/day).

Cons: Bed wasn’t too comfortable for me and toilet doesn’t have indoor air system.

Pros: Loved the location. Loved the apt itself, very functional, bright, clean and cozy.

Pros: I had a very comfortable stay in the Mina Luxury Suite 1. The apartment is completely newly renovated and very well equipped for a weekend trip to Belgrade. The location is easy to reach and just 1-minute away by foot from the street Kneza Mihaila . The host is very friendly and caring for you to have a nice stay. Thanks and see you next time.
