Apartments near city center

Pros: The property is very close to the city centre. Excellent location.

Cons: The walls are very thin, so you can hear the neighbors next door.

Pros: Excellent appartment, close to the city center. Cleanliness is at a high level. The matress in bedroom is very comfortable. You have all utensils needed.

Cons: Only minus is windows insulation. You can hear everything from the street

Pros: The bed was comfy, kitchen was really nice, and overall everything was pretty good. There is parking across the apartment, that is essentially free, you will only need luck to find a place. The owner will direct you and help you to find a parking spot, even if they are not offering a parking spot with the apartment, so you can definitely ask for help regarding that.

Cons: The location is good for many reasons, but the one reason it isn't good is the noise. It's on the main street as you enter to Belgrade, the walls are thin, and the windows have no good isolation, so if you are a person that has problem falling asleep because of external noise, you should think twice. I personally didn't have problems falling asleep that much, but the person I went with had a hard time falling asleep. Except that, full recommendation.

Pros: Location was pretty good,there is a bus station right in front of the building. There are a lot of markets and coffee shops near. Host was very welcoming and apartman wa clean. There is a lot of free parking in front of the building.

Cons: There were no shampoos, shower gels available and spare toilet paper. Also, the street in front of apartment is very loud and busy and windows does not provide sound isolation,it's like they are not closed at all, so if you need quite,this is bad.

Pros: Stan je prostran, topao i ima sve što je potrebno za ugodan boravak. S obzirom da sam poslovno bila u Bg, lokacija je bila savršena. Nije mi smetala buka sa bulevara, jer je jasno da kad rezervišete stan pored ulice, ne možete očekivati tišinu. Hvala gospođi Dragici na gostoprimstvu ☺️

Cons: Par sitnica: pribor za jelo zamjeniti, sitne popravke po stanu...

Geräumig, zentrumsnah und perfekt mit den Öffis angebunden

Pros: Die Lage ist einmalig, da das Appartment perfekt mit verschiedenen Buslinien angebunden ist. Unten finden sich eine günstige Mittagskantine, ein Bäcker und ein gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt. Das Appartment ist hell und man hat einen schönen Blick.

Cons: Es hätte noch ein bisschen sauberer sein können und das Bad hat keine Lüftung.

Really enjoyed my stay in Belgrade and appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of my host.

Pros: Dragica was a very friendly and good host. She met me at the front door and showed me the apartment and all amenities. The apartment is in an older building, but has been refurbished with modern kitchen and toilet/shower facilities, flat screen SMART TV and free high speed WiFi. The apartment was clean and tidy and a comfortable temperature and the location was perfect for the purposes of my trip. The city centre is a brisk walk away and I enjoyed walking through the city and enjoying it's history and buzz.

Cons: Could have used a microwave and toaster for the kitchen and the roll-down window blinds were in disrepair. While it was advertised to be a non-smoking apartment, smoke from neighbours and other tenants was so heavy that it permeated the apartment, although that seems to be the culture in Serbia, so you just have to accept it.

Pros: Čisto , lepa lokacija super saradnja. Sve preporuke!

Pros: Все чистенько, аккуратно! На кухне было все необходимое для приготовления еды, посуда новая, постельное белье хорошего качества, удобная кровать, ванная с душем, есть фен
