Pros: The apartment was very cozy. The friendly staff met us and checked us in quickly. The location is advantageous and convenient for walks. Overall, there is a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

Cons: Does not meet the expectations for cleanliness.The only and main disadvantage of the stay was the poor hygiene in the apartment.Upon arrival, I found a dirty refrigerator with mold, a foul-smelling dish towel, as well as an unwashed sink and toilet in the shower room. I had to clean everything myself to feel comfortable. I expected more for my money.

Pros: Host is very polite and friendly, accommodation is great. I recommend this.

I have stayed here for now years and it's great.

Pros: I'm reviewing again as my Booking account keeps harassing me! I stay here when in Belgrade, and have absolutely no reason to stop staying here. The apartments are great, the beds are comfortable, showers are hot, kitchens are quite nice. Anything you could possibly want, including my co-working office IskraSpark, are no more than short walks away. Bus service is good. Central Zemun is maybe a 5-10 minute walk, with restaurants, exchanges, post office, bars, craft beer places, cafes, churches of multiple denominations if you are religious, bookstores, etc.

Cons: I want to explain that last review I mentioned it was 'difficult' to get from Zemun to other parts of the city, neglecting to note at the time I stayed, the City of Belgrade had torn up, and closed entirely, the main street of downtown Zemun, making it a travel nightmare of biblical proportion. All is now better than before and transport is restored! No worries now. In fact probably better, more convenient, than a lot of other areas of Belgrade.

Cons: The bathroom smelled quite bad and there was no fan. The beds are not comfortable and the linens are quite old and worn.

Pros: Wonderful quiet apartment close to Zemun centre. I booked it last moment to sleep before my night bus and the owner's response was really quick.

Pros: Goca, divna domaćica, je pažljiva i komunikativna žena. Pomogla mi je oko prijave i odgovorila na sva moja pitanja o mom boravku u Beogradu. Apartman je čist i udoban u velikoj zgradi u Zemunu. Uživala sam u boravku i mogu sa sigurnošću da preporučim Cukovac Studios za moj odmor u Beogradu.
