Kalemegdan Park Residence - new luxury apartment

Pros: We stayed here as a family after a long overnight journey, and the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. Jasmina, the host, was incredibly polite and welcoming, and her excellent English made everything easy and pleasant. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It's thoughtfully equipped - perhaps the only thing missing was a microwave, but we didn't really need it since we were only staying for one night. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the city center, which made it easy to get around and enjoy Belgrade. Another big plus was the underground garage - safe, convenient, and a real bonus in a busy city. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a cozy, well-located place to stay!

Pros: The apartment is really well equipped with lots of little things that can be handy, especially in the kitchen. The host is super friendly and flexible.

Pros: Exceptional place with everything one could ask for. Well stocked even toilet rolls and toothpaste provided. Very nice place and would love to visit again. Excellent location and right next to the zoo and all eateries.

Pros: Great apartment near the fortress of Kalamegdan and not even far from the centre of the city. The host was very kind and explained everything what was needed.

Great trip to Belgrade.

Pros: Great and clean apartament. About 15 min walk to the city center and 5 minutes walk to the castle. The owner is very friendly and will help you with everything you need.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Comfortable, cozy, clean and welcoming.

Pros: New, modern, tidy, clean, nice decoration, fluffy carpets, nice TV-s, nice loggia, mosquito net, coffee pads, dishwashing tabs, …garage

Cons: The bed in the sleeping room was a bit too small for two adult people (also, only one cover blanket for two people). Some kitchen utensils were missing or not fully operational (e.g. water heather was difficult to open, there was no soup spoon)

Pros: Loved the apartment, very clean and Jasmina was extremely helpful and kind

Great location near Kalemegdan

Pros: The location of apartment is very convenient: close to Kalemegdan, embankment and city center. So as a result there could be many walking routes while your staying. If you’re travelling by car, there is a parking spot in the building. There is a wonderful zoo near the Kalemegdan fortress (which could be especially interesting for kids), but no bad smell of the zoo at the apartment. K-District is a really great area as it’s own (new buildings, good shops and cafes). The apartment is clean and well-equipped. Very convenient bed and overall quiet place. The last, but not the least is Jasmina, who is very nice and helpful hostess.

Cons: The kitchen is well-equipped, but we really missed the dish dryer. I guess, it’s not difficult to add and is definitely worth to do. More slippers at the apartment would be also more comfortable for staying.

This is a perfect apartment.

Pros: Accommodation is in a very good location, close to the castle and the city center. Nicely furnished, clean, very comfortable bed. The host is very nice, we can easily arrange arrival and departure, he was waiting for us at the entrance to the parking garage. Parking in the underground garage under the apartment, opposite a shop and a cafe. I can only recommend it to everyone. Worth the price!!

Cons: I recommend a microwave oven

Pros: Our favorite! The apartment is in the best new building complex in the heart of Belgrade. Super clean, with all you can wish for in a holiday apartment (coffee-machine, dish-washer, washing-machine, comfortable mattress) including nice flowered balcony. Designer ambiance, plenty of nice touches. Walking distance from all tourist attractions, Danube embankment just 5 minutes away (romantic stralls and swan watching guaranteed!). The hosts are very friendly, immediately on contact, we felt very at home thanks to their hospitality. Will definitely visit again.
