Downtown Apartment

Pros: The location of the house was very nice, within walking distance of the main streets and easily accessible. The house had been cleaned before we arrived, just as described, and there were no problems. The owner, Dusan, was very warm and welcoming. We had no problems whatsoever. I thank him again.

Pros: Very cosy, new, clean. Owner very friendly and helpful with suggestions about the city. Excellent location, right next to main bus stops and just 10-20min walk to many main areas and attractions.

Cons: The apt is on the 2nd floor with no elevator. The shower is ensuite, through one of the two bedrooms. So friends sharing, need to coordinate shower time. Other than that, loved it.

Pros: First of all, the location was excellent. Being able to shop for fresh produce daily at the small bazaar and supermarket right across the street made preparing breakfast at home especially enjoyable. The apartment’s proximity to public transportation was a huge plus—buses to all major areas departed directly from the doorstep. The apartment itself was warm, well-maintained, and consistently provided hot water. It also had reliable internet and was very clean. The kitchen was well-stocked with basic cooking essentials, which made preparing meals convenient. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. If I return to Belgrade, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great apartment perfectly located for central Belgrade

Pros: The Apartment was extremely clean, very well furnished, and had everything that you need. The host was very helpfull for everything. It is perfect for 4 people, it has 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and one toilet. The location is the best. It is very close to the centar. I will definitely come again.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this property, the location is incredibly central, with a bus stop right across the street that goes to the airport. There are also a market, Starbucks, and a great sandwich shop nearby. Everything you need for daily essentials is within walking distance. The host was incredibly sweet and accepted all our requests with great patience and kindness. And also interior of the house is modern, stylish, and exceptionally clean. If we visit the area again, we would definitely stay here and highly recommend it to others.

Pros: Modern and clean apartment, good position, the host is very nice and replied very fast to our questions. 2 parking spots nearby. Big plus, it has 2 toilets - good for groups.

Pros: Easy access to the main city centre. Busses on the doorstep for getting to and from the airport and around the city.

Very supportive and polite landlord, perfect location. I suggest it.

Pros: Location was just perfect. We have stayed 5 days with 7 years old son. The landlord was very polite, he was very quick in replying our messages and he was very helpful.

Cons: One of the bedrooms was on the street side, so there was street noise as the apartment was just above the bus stations. But it was not a big negative, just wanted to note for people who are sensitive with noise. The other bedroom was quiet.
