Pros: We had a good stay thanks to the perfect location and the friendliness of the hosts. For the price paid, the value for money is definitely there.

Cons: On the downside, the ceilings are quite low and the fact that you can’t pay by card is inconvenient. Also, the toilet in one of the bathrooms was slightly broken and needs fixing.

Belgrade break in January

Pros: Nice large appartment well heated with outside temperatures of -5 C. Very close to city centre and main tourist attractions,restaurants and bars. Excellent communications with host before and during visit made it very easy to find and gain access.

Top-floor apartment

Pros: The location and the apartment are pretty good. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. There are 2 separate bedrooms, 1 toilet, and 1 bathroom. The apartment is located on the third floor (which is the top floor), and there is no elevator—so keep that in mind if you have a baby or a disability. You’ll be very close to a market, a bank, bus and tram stations, Knez Mihailova Street, and plenty of great food spots.The building is on the corner of the street. The neighborhood is very pleasant. The price is budget-friendly.Sandra’s mom was so lovely, kind and cheerful.

Cons: Everything was great, but there was a noticeable smell that was a bit uncomfortable.

Cons: However, parking around the accommodation is almost impossible, and it's located on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

I would return and recommend to friends and families.

Pros: Apartments in the center of Belgrade, you can easily reach central streets in 5-10 minutes, even new Belgrade is about 25 minutes of walking. All needed shops (DM, supermarkets, Apotheka, exchange offices, Pekara - breakfast place, restaraunts) are 3, 5, 10 minutes by walking. Apartment includes all usual standard items inside (all you need in your normal life)

Business trip to Belgrade

Pros: Sandra is a lovely host. She is highly responsive and accommodating. The location of the apartment is excellent, within easy walking distance of the popular downtown areas. The accommodating is quaint, quirky and comfortable.

It was fantastic stay

Pros: Breakfast was not included to stay. No comment for breakfast.

Cons: Weather was a bit cold in the night and house had central heating system that was not active due to season. Air condition was not effective to heat the house. We could not find tea in the house, I am not sure whether this is provide by householder.
