Excellent location, very nice host. I recommend this place.

Pros: Great stay overall. The location is excellent and very convenient. Getting the keys from the lockbox was easy and straightforward. The host was very polite, helpful, and responsive, which made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place.

Amazing value for money deal in great location!

Pros: Great, clean and well situated Apartment - only 20 min walking distance to get to place of Republic and the famous Shopping street, very close to Markus church and Nikola Tesla Museum. For the Price, an amazing Deal!

Pros: This is a compact and comfortable flat in a great location, close to a well-stocked local market and lovely restaurants located in a building nearby. Despite central location, the flat is very quiet so it's a perfect spot for someone who likes to explore the city and have a good sleep at nights. Nearby there's also a great park, which is not that common in Belgrade - so it's yet additional point for the location. The host is very responsive, kind and helpful.

Cons: All good, there could be one or two pans of better quality for cooking

Pros: I had a great stay, everything was good. First the instructions from the host are really detailed and it was easy to find the flat. Also self check-in and checkout is truly convenient. Secondly, the location is good, close to the centre by bus or even on foot of you don't mind long walks. The neighbourhood is safe. There're a lot of shops and cafes around. Thirdly, the flat is spacious, cozy and has everything one needs. It was warm there despite cold outside, extremely clean as well, neighbours aren't noisy. Last but not least the host is very helpful and fast to reply.

Pros: The place was very clean, and it had everything that I needed. Updated bathroom with good water pressure. Check-in time was flexible and it was easy to get the keys from the lock box.

Cons: The way the apartments are numbered in the building is weird. Make sure you read instructions from host

Pros: First of all, the apartment looks exactly like the pictures and was exceptionally clean. The location is quite close to the city center. The host was very attentive and helpful in every way. The price was also very reasonable. I was extremely satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Belgrade.

Pros: Everything was perfect! Much thanx to Ivan, he helped me with everything! This apartments were perfect for me, the room was huge, the bed is very comfortable & big clean bathroom. Soundproof is good, it’s warm in cold weather. Little minus - there’s no washing machine But the price would be higher if it would have it (as it should) I highly recommend this apartment to every tourist. It was my first time in Belgrade and the location is *chefs kiss*.

Pros: I had an amazing stay! Everything exceeded my expectations. I’ve been to Belgrade many times, but these are by far the best apartments I’ve ever rented. The location is perfect, the cleanliness impeccable, and the attention to detail outstanding. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, making sure everything was just right. I give the highest marks in all categories and would recommend these apartments to anyone visiting the city. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Belgrade!

Pros: Ivan iyi bir ev sahibi bize her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Evde kesinlikle her şey mevcut. Temizlik malzemesinden ütüye kadar. Ev genel manada temizdi. Bir sorun yaşamadık. Çok soğuk bir havada buradaydık fakat evin içinde hiç üşümedik. Komşulardan yana da bir ses gürültü olmadı. Eve giriş kolaydı. Otobüs ve tramvay duraklarının konumuna da çok yakındı.

Cons: Vücut ve baş havluları biraz ufaktı. Yetişkin bir insan için küçük kalıyor. Çok sorun değil fakat yine de yenilenebilirler. Odanın perdesi cama ufak kalıyor, nereden kapatsak öbür taraf açıldı. O biraz zor oldu. Çok büyük sorunlar değil fakat hallolursa kusursuz bir ev olacağına eminim.
