A lovely flat with an exceptional host

Pros: The host was exceptional. I have received all instructions, recommendations and links within 5 minutes from making a reservation. The host was always available, smiling and extremely helpful. He even helped us with the luggage and gave very useful recommendations as to where to eat, what to see in the city, etc.
