ONE Apartment

Hitting the jackpot!

Pros: This apartment was amazing! It was beautifully furnished with everything needed for our week's stay. The penthouse-like position in the building meant there was plenty of light from both windows and ceiling skylights, as well as views outside. It was located in the pedestrian zone of Belgrade with plenty of nearby eating places and supermarkets for self catering. The dishwasher made this easy. Other facilities such as the washing machine and clothes dryer were convenient for our longer stay. The staff were friendly, attentive to detail and informative. Nothing was too much trouble. The organised shuttle from the airport, and getting us through the pedestrian only streets to the apartment entry meant we weren't wondering about lost.

Cons: There was a small step in the bedroom that you quickly got used to and a tall person would need to be mindful of a couple of places where the ceiling slopes lower.

Great location and staff, but the quality was below expectations

Pros: The location of the accommodation is excellent. The apartment is spacious, and the bed is comfortable. It's situated right on the main street, with restaurants and cafés nearby. The receptionists are very kind and helpful. They’ve converted several apartments in one building into rental units, and the staircase is clean.

Cons: The elevator stops one floor below the apartment. There was an unpleasant sewage smell in the bathroom, and the walls were dirty in many places, with paint peeling off, especially in the bathroom. The sofa was very worn, with parts missing and sunken from overuse. Many walls were chipped and damaged. The parking fee was high, and I had to leave my car keys at the reception so they could move the car because the garage area was completely packed with vehicles. Given the price range, I expected a higher quality and more attention to detail. The apartment was in the attic, so after entering, you still have to climb another flight of stairs to reach the living area.

Pros: large apartment, comfortable bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room and very good location

Five star experience services.

Pros: Very big apartment , elegantly furnished and very clean. Every comfort inside and taken care of every single detail. The position is amazing in the center of Belgrad. But the best part is in the staff of the structure; very welcoming , super available to help at the best of their possibility, they give you all the time the experience of a luxury service. Me and my wife we will came back for sure !

Great city! Wonderful luxury flat right in the centre but quiet and comfortable

Pros: Great central location-spacious-high quality-lovely staff

Cons: Not much! Could have done with an instruction manual and basic tourist info. There was minor damage to a low ceiling which needs attending to as dangerous and the microwave needs repairing

Een top verblijf.

Pros: Groot appartement midden in het centrum. Wat wil je nog meer? 😉 Receptionisten waren ook erg behulpzaam.

Pros: Отлично местоположение на апартамента, домакините са изключително любезни.

Όλα εξαιρετικά - η διαμονή πολύ άνετη, χώρος καλαίσθητος φωτεινός, το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και εξυπηρετικό, η τοποθεσία

Pros: Τοποθεσία, καθαριότητα, άνεση, καλαισθησία, θέρμανση!

Cons: Η εξυπηρέτηση στον ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης, κάτι για το οποίο δεν ευθύνονταν οι υπεύθυνοι του καταλύματος ..

Pros: Osoblje jako prijatno, apartman udoban I prostran, sve je kao na slikama. Lokacija fantasticna! Doci cemo opet. 🙂

Cons: Sve je u redu.
