Clean! Great location!

Pros: Great location, really good lay out of the appartement. Had no issues finding a parking space. Lots of lights. And absolutely clean! I visited with a small child and absolutely had no issues with letting her play on the floor. I can absolutely recommend staying here. We had an issue with the tv and internet, after a call Svetlana was quick to take action. Great service. Also there is a big mall across the street and in the same building there a lots of shops and a really great restaurant. What we did not like was the fact we did not get a key fob for the building. There is a reception but we had to wait two times outside for one of the other owners to let us in because there was nobody at the the reception. Another thing is even though this is a personal preference, for my liking the matress is a bit too firm. The matress is new ,like i said this is a personal preference just bear in mind if your back does not agree with hard matresses.

Pros: Cozy spacious apartment in a good area, very clean. Nice friendly owner, responds quickly, check-in without any problems.

Pros: The location of the appartment is great. Building is a part of a newer block with a very modern feel to it. There is a reception to help out with any questions you may have and to welcome you to the building. This also adds a good safety feeling to it all. The flat is spacious, with all amanities you might need for your stay.

Pros: Very clean and minimalistic apartment with all necessities! Excellent location and friendly staff. Check in was easy.

Pros: Prostran, čist, dobra lokacija, mirno mesto. Blizu je odličan restoran i parking skoro uvek ima slobodnog mesta.

Pros: Квартира в сучасному новому будинку, простора, легко знайти і легко потрапити. Було все необхідне для проживання на 1 добу

Cons: Подушки аж занадто жорсткі, матрац також не зручний, диван досить пошарпаний. У ванній кімнаті пліснява на обідку сілікона над ванною. Освітлення ніби в офісному приміщенні.

Pros: Квартира в очень приятном комплексе в окружении новых домов и нескольких ресторанов. Рядом есть ТЦ Delta City. До центра города на автобусе - 20 минут. Квартира новая и уютная. Есть сковородка для WOKа :)

Cons: На кухне не хватило хорошей сковородки для жарки. Была только одна старенькая, низкокачественная и видавшая много пользователей. Квартира располагается на 1-ом этаже и скрыта от соседей растениями, поэтому она не пропускает естественный свет внутрь целый день. Без света долгое время тяжеловато. В остальном отличным вариант!

Pros: Das Hedonist Spa - ABlok Apartment in Belgrad ist einfach fantastisch! Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt in der Nähe von allem, was man braucht, und die Tatsache, dass das Gebäude einen Portier hat, gibt einem ein zusätzliches Gefühl von Sicherheit und Komfort. Der Apartment selbst war makellos sauber und der Besitzer war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann es kaum erwarten, wieder dort zu übernachten und kann es jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Belgrad sucht.
