Pros: Beautiful modern apartments with the new furniture and appliances. The balcony offers an amazing view of the fountain. The apartment includes air conditioning and the parking space in the garage. The area is lovely, with nearby playgrounds, shops and cafes. The owner is wonderful and always available!

Pros: Great place, great location. Near bus stops, shops, pharmacy, a large shopping center in a couple of minutes walk. The room is clean, tidy, pleasant

Lovely apartment in great location - very new and clean

Pros: Great communication from Marina, who met us at the property with the keys. She also explained the main features of the property and parking (important to us) was underneath the apartment block. The location is pretty good, in what looks like a newly developed part of the city, close to other parts and easy to main roads. The property itself is a one-bed appt in a new-build block, so everything is lovely and new. The electric shutters are wonderful to allow a lovely sleep-in the next day.

Cons: Had issues with the navigation finding the block - Marina guided us in the last few metres.

Pros: Position is superb, size and state of apt perfect, loved the balcony and attention to details ; € 5 a day extra for garage is well worth it due to lack of parking in surrounding area

Like a dream!

Pros: This apartment is beautiful and clean and offers all the comfort you need! I have stayed in many places in Belgrade but this one is my favourite. Marina the host is very friendly and offers any help and support you need. What we liked the most is that just in front of the apartment there is a playground for children and several cafes and restaurants. Also you have two supermarkets just in front. We will definetely come back!

Cons: Nothing to say, everything was perfect! It would be great to have more apartments like this in Belgrade. And more people like Marina 🥰 we stayed with two babies here and it was great. Thanks for everything

Pros: Lepo uredjen i uredan stan. Vlasnici prijatni i gostoprimljivi.

Pros: Sve je bilo zaista sjajno. Stan je čist, uredan, na odličnoj lokaciji. Ima mogućnost garaže za automobil, sto je odlično. Ljubazno smo dočekani, zaista sve preporuke.

Pros: Apartman je na odlicnoj lokaciji, a pri tom mirno je, komforan i izuzetno cist, ima sve sto je potrebno, lepo namesten, sve novo. Vlasnica Marina je bas ljubazna, za svaku preporuku i vraticemo se opet.
