Simple but inexpensive stay.
Pros: It was a pretty basic apartment, just about everything you'd need. Washing machine, kitchen, bathroom, place to sleep. I really liked the view of the neighbouring street as well, and the balcony. Comfortable for the price.
Cons: In order to get the keys to the apartment, you have to send a video of yourself putting the payment into the mailbox, and then the host sends you over the code to unlock the lockbox. My friend and I were a little stressed because it took around 5-10 minutes for the host to reply, and my phone was at around 2% charge. We made it in anyways, but I feel like I should include it because it was different from the check-in processes of the other places we stayed at in the Balkans. Moral of the story is to make sure your phone is charged because it might die before you get the code!

I think this was the best accomodation option for us: close to center, good price, nice interior&view!
Pros: We loved the balcony view and the fact that the apartment was so close to the city center (20 min walk). The apartment looks very nice and the host is very friendly and helped us a lot with the option of late check in (midnight).
Cons: I am a very light sleeper, and the noise in the neighborhood was actually disturbing. This isn't about the property, tho. If you don't have a light sleep or you bring earplugs, it shouldn't be a problem. Everything else was nice :)

Highly recommend
Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in Belgrade! The location is excellent — close to everything yet in a quiet area. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the apartment has everything you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. The host was very kind and always ready to help, even assisted us when our car was lifted, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Belgrade!

Pros: I liked the check-in process. It won't fit everyone, but it was fun to pay in cash using a post box and recording it on video in order to get a code from a keys box. It was a small quest. Fortunately, the camera recorded how we threw the money to the box.
Cons: Quite unstable Internet connection. In case you need to work and make call, just go to some co-working place.

Pros: We had a wonderful time at Balkan Dream. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided, and the peaceful setting made it easy to relax. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and respectful of our privacy.
Cons: The only thing missing was a microwave, which we think is an important household essential — it would’ve made the stay even more convenient. Overall, a lovely experience and we’d happily stay again!

Pros: Very nice place with a lot of space. Clean and beautiful. A lot of shops and bars near, easy to get at public bus stop or to find a place for parking. Though it’s close to the road, windows do not let any loud sounds to get inside the apartment.
