Pros: Čisto, uredno, lepo uredjeno, odlična komunikacija sa vlasnicima, a o pogledu sa terase i da ne pričam... za cenu maltene da nema bolje

Cons: Malo je teže doći do tamo kada je lošije vreme, ali zanemarljivo
