Smooth and quick hotel-like check in

Pros: The hostess was great. She made the check in process smooth and quick. The apartment has a balcony with a beautiful view facing south-west. It is on a prime location: a walking distance away from Ušće shopping center, as well as a plenty of cafes and food places. The apartment size is perfect for a family stay.

Cons: The only thing that guests with any kind of wheels (strollers, wheelchairs,...) or mobility issues should keep in mind is that the elevator doesn't go all the way up to the top floor where the apartment is situated. There is one set of stairs to climb.

Boravak je bio prijatan i sve je bilo odlično organizovano.

Pros: Smeštaj je bio odličan i veoma uredan. Stanodavac je bila izuzetno ljubazna i uslužna. Detaljno je objasnila gde se nalazi ključ i sve u vezi sa stanom. Komunikacija je bila laka i prijatna. Topla preporuka za boravak.

Pros: Prelep pogled sa terase. Stan ima sve što može da zatreba. Komunikacija sa domaćicom savršena.

Pros: Konum çok iyi, ev de donanımlıydı bir sürü eşya vardı. Asansör çok korkuttu beni çok eskiydi ama işimizi gördü.Aklınızda olsun asansör çalışmazsa tam karşıda koridorun sonundaki diğer asansörle de 10. kata çıkabiliyorsunuz. 10. kata çıktıktan sonra yarım kat merdiven var. Binanın dışı çok bakımsız görünse de evin içi güzeldi. Marketlere ve otobüs durağına yakın. Ev sahibi de güleryüzlüydü. Klimalar da iyi çalışıyor.

Pros: Очень доброжелательная хозяйка, встретила нас и всё рассказала. Квартира на последнем этаже - видно половину Нового Белграда. Есть балкон. На кухне есть всё необходимое. Большой раскладной диван в гостиной и уютная спальня. Рядом много кафе и стрит-фуд, магазинов, большой ТЦ. Во дворе большая детская площадка.

Cons: Рядом с квартирой расположена машинное отделение лифта - при работе лифта слышно во всей квартире. Но ночью было тихо.
