Pros: Lokacija je top. V okolici je polno restavracij, park, nahaja se ob reki, trgovskem centru. Apartma dobro opremljen. Lastnik prijazen, ustrežljiv.

Cons: Neudobna ležišče (v bistvu raztegljiv kavč). Rjuhe stare, umazane z rjavimi madeži. Brsače sprane, trde. Tla v tš kabini in bivalnem delu, slabo pošiščene. V umivalniku lasje.
