Perfect place to stay and visit Belgrade!

Pros: Perfect place for visiting Belgrade! New built area, looks like mini Dubai, cozy appartment, you have everything what you need just maximum 5min of walking. Very helpful owner, who picked us from the airport.

Вид большого города и месторасположение замечательные!

Pros: Замечательные апартаменты с топовой локацией, оснащенные всем необходимым. Мы путешествовали с собакой и это большой плюс, что апартаменты петфрендли. Паркинг на подземной парковке с удобным доступом. Ключи можно было получить и сдать у консъержа

Cons: Были незначительный проблемы с включателем бойлера, но не критично.

Perfect

Pros: The property was very modern and in the best location in belgrade , you have everything you need next to you. But most importantly the host was amazing, i had to cut my vacation short due to an emergency and he was very understanding and helped out , even though he didn’t need to help he still did , so i thank him again 🙏 Would definitely recommend the property for short or long term stays, has everything you will need, feels like home away from home .

Pros: Apartman je bio uredan i čist. Komunikacija sa Nemanjom je bila super. Brz odgovor i srdačnost.

Cons: Možda bi na terasi bilo pogodno staviti stolice i stočić. Takođe žica za sušenje veša ili sušilica bi bili pogodni.

Pros: I liked the size of apartment, you have basically everything you need there even for longer stays. Location is amazing and it’s really easy to find it. I couldn’t recommend it enough! :)

Pros: It is a spacious apartment, had what we needed for a night's stay in Belgrade. The parking lot was great.

Cons: The quality of the finishing works and materials was quite low. Wall paint was patchy in several places, bedside lamps were broken and left like that, the couch had some stains, the wind was literally blowing under the entrance door, making a constant weird noise. Felt like the apartment was done in a haste, only to get it leased quickly.
